제2도는 금속조직을 나타내는 도면대용 사진으로서, 강판의 실리카 2차 응집체의 분포상태를 나타내는 사진.

Claims (5)

  1. 아연 또는 아연계 합금도금강판표면상에, Cr6+량이 전체 Cr량에 대해 70중량%이하로, 부착량이 Cr환산으로 5-500mg/m2의 크롬산염 피막을 갖고, 이 크롬산염 피막의 위층으로 주로 실리카 및 유기고분자 수지를 배합하여 된 수지층을 갖는 유기복합 피복강판으로서, (1)구성하는 실리카의 평균 1차 입자지름이 5-30nm이고, (2)상기 실리카는 유기복합층(수지층)중에서, 평균 두께 0.2-2㎛, 평균지름 5-300㎛의 면상으로 응집하고, (3)상기 유기복합층의 부착량이 건조중량으로 0.1~3g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 점용접성이 우수한 유기 복합피복강판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구성하는 실리카로서, 평균응집 입자지름이 0.05~2㎛인 유기용매분산 실리카졸을 사용하는 내식성 및 점용접성이 우수한 유기복합피복강판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구성하는 실리카로서, 소수성발연 실리카를 사용하는 내식성 및 점용접성이 우수한 유기복합피복강판.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유기고분자수지는, 수평균 분자량이 2,000이상인 에피클로로히드린-비스페놀 A형 에폭시수지를 기본으로 하는 수지인 내식성 및 점용접성이 우수한 유기복합 피복강판.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유기복합층중에서의 실리카와 유기수지의 건조중량 비율이 수지 100중량부에 대하여 실리카 10-100중량부인 내식성 및 점용접성이 우수한 유기복합피복강판.
