Claims (9)

  1. 물과 공비혼합물을 형성하는 알코올과 메르캅토카르복실산과의 에스테르의 제조방법에 있어서, 과량의 알코올(들) 존재하에서 에스테르화를 연속적으로 수행함과 형성되는 물을 반응 혼합물중 잔류성 농도가 0.5중량% 미만으로 일정하게 유지되는 온도에서 진공하에 공비적으로 공유시킴으로써 형성되는 즉시 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 잔류성 물 농도가 0.1중량%미만, 바람직하게는 0.05중량5미만인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 연속 반응기내에서 에스테르화 제1조작을 잔류성 물 농도 0.2~0.5중량%에서 수행하고 에스테르화 제2조작을 잔류성 물 농도 0.1중량% 미만에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 약 80~140℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단일 반응기 또는 제1반응기에 알코올 및 메르캅토카르복실산을 알코올1산의 몰비 1.1~1.4정도로 조절하여 공급하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에스테르화 촉매가 황산, 메탄술폰산, 벤젠술폴산 또는 p-톨루엔술폰산인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메르캅토카르복실산이 티오글리콜산, 티오락트산 또는 3-메르캅토프로피온산인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C2~C18지방족 또는 시클로지방족 알코올이 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2-에틸헥산을 또는 이소옥탄올을 사용하며, 반응을 120~130℃정도의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
