Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE ESTARA MERKAPTOKARBONSKIH KISELINA I ALKOHOLA KOJI OBRAZUJU AZEOTROPSKU SMEŠU SA VODOM, pronalazak se odnosi na sintezu estara od merkaptokarbonskih kiselina i alkohola, koji grade azeotropsku smešu sa vodom. Ova esterifikacija izvodi se kontinualno, u prisustvu viška alkohola, a voda koja se u toku reakcije stvara eliminiše se uporedo sa njenim nastajanjem, azeotropskim uklanjanjem pod vakuumom i na takvoj temperaturi da količina vode, koja ostaje u sredini gde se reakcija odigrava, bude uvek manja od 0.5% masenih, a poželjno je da bude manja i od 0.05%. Postupak prema pronalasku primenjuje se na proizvodnju estera od termički stabilnih merkaptokarbonskih kiselina, a posebno se primenjuje na proizvodnju kaprilnih estera termički nestabilne merkaptekarbonske sirćetne kiseline, koja se još zove i tioglikolna kiselina. Postupak prema pronalasku može se izvesti samo u jednom reaktoru, ali je poželjno sunkcesivno izvodjenje u dva reaktora vezana u seriju.
