Claims (10)

  1. 고온 가압하의 카르복실산과 알콜의 에스테르화 반응으로서, 촉매없이 한 반응물은 기체상으로, 다른 한 반응물은 액체상으로 반응기에 연속적으로 공급하고, 보다 휘발성인 반응물과 물로 이루어진 기체 혼합물을 연속적으로 제거시킴으로써 반응기내에서 반응이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실산은 C2-C24인 카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알콜은 단관능 알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 휘발성 성분은 C1-C5알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 공정은 플레이트를 가지거나 충진된 컬럼 반응기내에서 역류로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도는 200-260℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 압력은 0.5-1.5MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 비휘발성 반응물은 C6-C20모노카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 휘발성 반응물은 C1-C3알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 반응공정은 두 단계, 즉 에스테르화 촉매없이 200℃이상의 반응온도에서 85%이상의 비휘발성 반응물이 에스테르로 변화되게 하는 제1단계 및 에스테르화 촉매존재하에 100℃이하의 온도에서 과량의 기체상의 휘발성 반응물로 추가적으로 반응시켜 99%이상의 에스테르로 변화되게 하는 제2단계로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화 방법.
