Claims (10)
- 제1및 제2결합부를 포함하며 또는 케이블 유입부 및 자유단을 포함하는 하우징과, 하우징의 자유단에 인접되어 하우징내에 배치되고 케이블의 광섬유중의 하나를 단말시키기 위해서 상기 하우징의 자유단으로부터 돌출되어 있는 단부를 가지며 결합하기 위해 설치된 폐루울을 포함하는 루 플러그, 조립체를 포함하며, 다른 커넥터에 광 접속되도록 설치되어 케이블의 두 광섬유를 단말시키기 위한 이중 광섬유 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 페루울의 단부에 노출되어 제거 가능하며 상기 하우징으로부터 돌출되는 페루울의 단부를 보호하기 위한 하우징의 자유단에 제거가능하도록 장착된 보호장치를 특징으로 하는 이중 광섬유 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이블 유입부에 설치되고 케이블에 제공된 힘을 하우징에 전달하기 위하여 이것을 통하여 광섬유가 연장되는 힘전달 장치를 부가로 포함하고, 또한 상기 하우징은 기저부 및 덮개부를 포함하고 이것의 기저부는 리셉터클내의 커넥터부에 고정되기 위해 래칫부를 가지는 편향가능한 탈착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 광섬유 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 커넥터의 케이블 유입부를 수용하기 위한 탈착 덮개부와, 상기 탈착덮개부내의 계획되지 않은 이동에 대해서 케이블 유입부에 고정되는 래칫부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 커넥터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 덮개부가 하우징의 케이블 유입부 쪽으로 이동되므로써 각 상기 기저부의 편향된 탈착부는 캔틸레버된 아암을 내부로 이동하여 탈착덮개부 내부에 형성된 만곡부를 이것으로부터 연장시켜 캠밍부를 가지는 상기 기저부의 각 측면에 있는 캔틸레버된 아암을 포함하고, 그 후 상기 캠밍부는 리셉터클내의 고정 단부로부터 아암에 결합된 래칫부를 탈착시켜 내부로 아암을 편향시킨 만곡부와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호 장치는 소정의 방향에서만 하우징에 조립될 수있고, 하우징의 자유단에 스냅로크되는 보호판을 포함하고, 상기 하우징은 그것으로부터 측벽과 인접한 소켓을 가진 자유단에 제공되고, 상기보호판은 두래칫 아암을 포함하고 상기 보호판의 랫치 아암의 가단부는 하우징에 보호판을 고정시키는 소켓중의 한소켓 내에서 지지 스텝뒤의 혹으로 잠겨지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 커넥터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기저부는 하우징의 자유단과 인접한 덮개부의 내부면에 형성된 결합보스를 수용하기 위해 중심 공동을 가진 중심에 위치된 접합부를 포함하고, 상기 보호판은 로케이터의 각면에 이격된 두 휜과 그것으로부터 돌출되는 두포케이터 탭을 가진 중심 로케이터를 포함하며, 상기 기저부의 접합부에 인접되어 배치된 로케이터 슬럿에 수용되어 설치된 각 탭과 덮개 상승부의 내면에 인접 수용되어 설치된 휜과 덮개에 세로로 연장되어 키이홈을 형성하는 덮게 상승부와 상기 단붙이부와 인접되어 탭을 가진 로케이터에 가로질러 걸쳐져 있는 연속된 단붙이부를 포함하고, 보호판이 하우징을 조립하기 위해 오도된 방향으로 돌려지도록 접합부의 높이에 따라 부분적으로만 연장되는 휜에 대향된 중심로케이션의 측면 보호핀과, 보호판의 탭이 소켓내에 있는 보호판의 래칫 아암의 완전한 삽입을 보호하는 덮개부의 보슬에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 케넥터.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 보호판은 그 중 하나가 한쪽의 페루울을 둘러싸고, 나머지 하나가 다른쪽의 페루울을 둘러싸는 두덮개부와 상기 하우징의 세로 중심성에 대해 수직인 평면에서 다른 밀페부의 폭과 높이보다 큰 폭과 높이를 갖춘 밀페부를 포함하고 상기 보호판의 각 밀폐부는 중심부로부터 돌출되고 상기 보호판이 하우징에 조립될 때 단붙이부가 형성된 상기 보호판 측면의 양쪽에 있는 밀폐부 사이의 중심부는 덮개부내에 정렬되어 있는 키이홈으로 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 내부벽에 형성된 결합키이를 가진 소정의 리셉터클을 커넥터에 고정시키기 위해 조립된 다른 단면치수의 키이를 가지는 다수의 보호판중의 어떤 보호판을 갖추게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 커넥터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 보호파은 덮개의 키이홈으로부터 오프셋되고 더 작아진 키이홈을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,각각의 상기 플러그 조립체는 플러그 조립체에 의해서 단말되는 광섬유의 단부에 수용되기 위해 그것을 통해서 형성되어 세로로 연장되는 통로를 가진 페루울을 포함하고, 상기 페루울의 단부는 또한 스텝보어의 큰 직경부를 형성하여 확대부를 가진 원통이 스텝보어의 큰 직경부를 수용하기 위해 설치되고, 또한 상기 원통은 페루울내의 통로와결합되며 그것을 통해서 형성된 통로를 포함하고, 상기 섬유유입부의 통로는 광섬유의 삽입을 쉽게하여 플레어 입구를 가지는, 상기 원통은 홀더의 공동내에 수용되고, 상기 공동을 원통의 확대부의 직경보다 약간 큰 직경을 가지고, 상기 홀더는 원통의 섬유 유입부를 통해서 연장한 플랜지를 포함하고, 또한 상기 플러그 조립체는 상기 홀더내의 원통에 고정시키기 위해 플랜지에 인접되는 수단을 포함하고, 또한 상기 플러그 조립체는 원통과 플랜지의 확대 단부 사이에 있는 원통의 섬유 유입부에 대해서 중심이같게 배열된 압축 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 커넥터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
