Claims (10)
- 축합보조제로서, 주기율표의 그룹 I금속의 탄산염 존재하에, 임의로 용매의 존재하에, 반응물을 축합시켜 방향족 폴리에테르를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 축합 보조제로서 미분쇄된 염 형태의 금속 탄산염을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨 또는 중탄산나트륨 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하며, 탄산나트륨 또는 중탄산나트륨중 90중량%의 입자크기가 50㎛ 이하 (D(90%)≤50㎛), 바람직하게는, 30㎛이하, 특히 20㎛이하인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄산염 또는 중탄산염을 페놀 그룹당 1 내지 1.2개 Na원자에 상응하는 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축합 반응을 방향족 술폰, 바람직하게는 디페닐 술폰중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(4)의 벤젠노이드 디할로 화합물을 사용하는 방법.상기식에서, Hal은 p-또는 o-위치에서 동일하거나 다른 할로겐 원자이고, Q 및 Q′은 -CO- 및/또는 -SO2-그룹이며, U는 0.1 또는 2이다.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벤젠 노이드 디하이드록시 화합물이 일반식(1)의 페놀인 방법.상기식에서, X는 직접결합, -O-, -S-, -SO2-, -CO-, -CH2-, C(CH3)2- 또는 -C(CF3)2-이고, m 및 n은 0이며, K는 0 또는 1이다.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨 및/또는 중탄산나트륨을 승온에서 할로겐 원자가 o- 또는 p-위치에서 SO2또는 CO그룹에 의해 활성화된 벤젠 노이드 디할로 화합물 용액에 현탁시키고, 벤젠노이드 디하이드록시 화합물을 승온하에서 측정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 디할로 화합물이(여기에서, Hal은 불소 또는 염소이다)이고, 사용된 디하이드록시 화합물은 하이드로퀴논 또는 2,2-비스(4′-하이드록시-페닐)프로판인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에있어서, 고유점도(용매 100㎖중 중합체 0.5g의 용액중에서 측정)가 50 내지 500, 바람직하게는 75 내지 300㎖/g인 폴리에테르들을 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조절제, 바람직하게는 염화메틸, t-부틸 클로라이드, 디메틸 술페이트, 4-클로로디페닐 술폰 또는 4-플루오로벤조페논의 존재하에서 반응을 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
