Claims (10)

  1. 축합 보조제로서 주기율표 제1족 금속의 탄산염의 존재하에, 임의로 하나 이상의 용매의 존재하에 2가 페놀을 활성화된 방향족 디할로 화합물과 축합시키거나 다핵 활성화 할로페놀을 자가 축합시키고, 축합 보조제로서 탄산나트륨과 탄산수소나트륨의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 방향족 폴리에테르를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중탄산나트륨의 양이 사용된 탄산나트륨 몰당 0.001 내지 0.5몰, 바람직하게는 0.3몰 이하인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 반응에 사용된 페놀 성분의 하이드록실 그룹 몰당 하나 이상의 금속원자가 존재하는 양으로 탄산염을 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축합 반응을 방향족 설폰, 특히 디페닐 설폰중에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(4)의 벤제노이드 디할로 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
    상기식에서, Hal은 p-또는 o-위치의 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐 원자이고, Q및 Q′는 -CO- 및/또는 SO2- 그룹이며, u는 0.1 또는 2이다.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벤제노이드 디하이드록시 화합물이 일반식(1)의 페놀인 방법.
    상기식에서, X는 직접결합, -O-, -S-, -SO2-, -CO-, -CH2-, -C(CH3)2- 또는 -C(CF3)2- 이고, m 및 n이 0이며, k는 0 또는 1이다.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨과 탄산수소나트륨의 혼합물을 승온에서 용매중에 용해시킨 디할로 화합물중에 현탁시키고난 다음, 디할로 화합물을 승온, 바람직하게는 200 내지 350℃에서 가하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고유점도 (농황산 100㎖중의 중합체 0.5g의 용액중에서 측정함)가 50 내지 500, 바람직하게는 75 내지 300㎖/g이 될때까지 축합반응을 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 2가 페놀이 하이드로퀴논 또는 2,2-비스 (4′-하이드록시페닐) 프로판이고 사용된 디할로 화합물이 1,4-비스(4′-클로로벤조일)벤젠 또는 1,4-비스(4′-플루오로벤조일) 벤젠이며, 디페닐 설폰이 존재하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 조절제, 바람직하게는 메틸 클로라이드, t-부틸 클로라이드, 4-클로로디페닐 설폰 또는 4-플루오로벤존페논의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
