Claims (6)

  1. 비활성 담체 및 하기식(1)로 표시되는 산화물로 이루어지며, 식(1)의 산화물의 원소성분을 함유하는 화합물을 혼합하고, 필요에 따라 가열하여 슬러리 또는 용액을 제조하여 비활성 담체 상에 분무하고, 침착된 슬러리 또는 용액을 갖는 비활성 담체를 석회화시킴으로써 형성되는, 담체 상에 침착된 촉매 활성 물질 층으로 구성되는 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매.
    [상기식중, Mo는 몰리브덴을 나타내고, P는 인을 나타내며, A는 비소, 안티몬, 게르마늄, 비스무트, 지르코늄, 세륨 및 셀렌에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내고, B는 구리, 철, 크롬, 니켈, 망간, 코발트, 주석, 은, 아연, 팔라듐, 로듐 및 텔루트에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, O는 산소를 나타내고, D는 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 및 탈륨에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, O는 산소를 나타내고, a,b,c,d,e,f 및 x는 각각 Mo,P,A,C,D 및 O의 원자비를 나타내며, a=12, b=0.5∼4, c=0∼5, d=0∼3, e=0∼4,f=0.01∼4일 경우 x는 이들 원소의 산화수에 의해 결정되는 수치이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 촉매활성물질층이 하기 특성을 갖는 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매, 비표면적: 1∼20㎡/g, 공극부피 : 0.1∼1㎖/g, 공극직경분포 : 20∼70%, 0.5 내지 1미만 ㎛의 공극직경 :20% 이하0.1 내지 0.5 미만 ㎛의 공극직경:20∼70%(총 공극부피에 대한 부피비율)
  3. 촉매활성물질층이 상이한 층을 갖는 적어도 두 층으로 이루어진 다층구조인 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 제1항에 기재된 식(1)의 산화물의 원소성분을 함유하는 화합물을 혼합하고, 필요에 따라가열하여 슬러리 또는 용액을 제조하고, 비활성 담체 상에 슬러리 또는 용액을 분무시 상이한 조성을 갖는 2이상의 슬러리 또는 용액을 미리 제조한 후 비활성 담체상에 연속적으로 분무함으로써 다층구조인 촉매활성물질층이 형성되는 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서, 제 1항에 기대된 식(I)의 산화물의 원소성분을 함유하는 화합물을 혼합하고, 필요에 따라 가열하여 슬러리 또는 용액을 제조하고, 비활성 담체 상에 슬러리 또는 용액을 분무시 상이한 조성을 갖는 2 이상의 슬러리 또는 용액을 미리 제조한 후 비활성 담체상에 연속하여 반복적으로 분무함으로써 다층구조인 촉매활성 물질 층이 형성되는 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매.
  6. 제 3항에 있어서, 다층구조인 축매활성물질층이 하기 특성을 갖는 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매, 비표면적 :1∼20㎡/g, 공극부피 : 0.1∼1㎖/g, 공극직경분포 :1 내지 10㎛의 공극직경 :20∼70%, 0.5 내지 1미만㎛의 공극직경: 20%이하, 0.1 내지 0.5미만㎛의 공극직경 :20∼70%(총 공극부피에 대한 부피비율)
