Claims (3)

  1. 대부분이 크기가 큰 입자로 이루어진 유동성 입자를 분쇄하여 미세한 입자로 만들고 이 촉매입자의 입자크기 분포를, 입자크기가 20μ이하인 입자의 양이 총촉매입자 중량의 약 30 중량%이하가 되도록, 또한 평균중량입자크기(입자크기 분포에서 총축매입자중량의 중간 중량(%)에서의 입자크기)를 갖는 입자의 양이 분쇄전 촉매를 기준하여 90%이하가 되도록 조절한 후 촉매를 비환원성 대기하에 500°내지 1000℃에서 하소시킴을 특징으로 하여 탄화수소의 산화, 암모니아산화 또는 산화적 탈수소화 반응에 유용한, 탁월한 활성을 갖는 유동성촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 유동성 촉매가(a) 안티몬, 및 (b) 철, 코발트, 니켈, 망간, 우라늄, 세륨, 주석 및 납중에서 적어도 하나, 및 필요한 경우 (c) 망간, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 란타늄, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 탄탈륨, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텡스텐, 레늄, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 로듐, 이리듐, 팔라듐, 백금, 은, 아연, 카드뮴, 붕소, 알미늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 탈륨, 실리콘, 게르마늄, 납, 인, 비소, 비스무드, 황, 셀레늄 및 텔루륨중에서 적어도 하나를 함유하는 특허청구범위 1의 방법.
