Claims (4)
- (A)폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지와 함께 용융 반죽된 비보호형(non-blocked type)다가 이소시아네이트 화합물을 주요성분으로서 함유하는 폴리펜릴렌 설파이드수자, 및 (B)(a)50 내지 90중량%이 에틸렌 단위, 5 내지 49중량%의 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 알킬에스테르 단위 및 0.5 내지 10중량%의 말레산 무수물 단위로 구성된 에틸렌 공중합체, (b)α-올레핀 및 α,β-불포화 산 글리시딜 에스테르로부터 수득한 올레핀 공중합체, (c)α-올레핀 및 α,β-불포화 산으로부터 수득한 올레핀 공중합체, 9d)이오노머(ionomer), (e)α-올레핀중합체상에 α-올레핀 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 0.05 내지 10.0중량%양으로 불포화 카르복실산, 그의 무수물 또는 이들 중 어느 하나의 유도체를 그라프트 공중합하여 수득한 α-올레핀 공중합체, (f)하나 또는 그 이상의 공역디엔류의 수소화 중합체 또는 공역디엔과 방향족 비닐탄화수소와의 수소화 공중합체 상에 수소화 중합체 또는 수소화 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 0.05 내재 10중량%양으로 불포화 카르복실산, 그의 무수물 또는 이들 중 어느 하나의 유도체를 그라프트 공중합하여 수득한 변성 수소화 탄성체 및 (g)α,β-불포화 산 글리시딜 에스테르를 하나 또는 그 이상의 공역디엔의 수소화 중합체 또는 공역디엔과 방향족 비닐 탄화수소의 수소화 공중합체와 반응시켜 수득한 변성 중합체로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종류로 구성된 향상된 내충격성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50 내지 90중량%의 에틸렌 단위, 5 내지 49중량%의 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 알칼에스테르단위 및 0.5 내지 10중량%의 말레산 무수물 단위로 구성되고 PPS중에 분산된 에틸렌 공중합체의 입자직경이 1μ이하임을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- (A)폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지를 비 보호형 다가 이소시아네이트와 용융반죽하여 수득한 변성 폴리페닐렌 설파애드 수지(A′)폴리아미드 수지, 및(B) (a)50 내지 90중량%의 에틸렌 단위 5 내지 49중량%의 α,β-불포화카르복실산 알킬에스테르 단위, 및 0.5 내지 10중량%의 말레산 무수물 단위로 구성된 에틸렌 공중합체, (b)에폭시기 함유올레핀 공중합체 (c)이오노머 수지 및, (d)α-올레핀 중합체 상에 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그의 무수물을 그라프트 공주합하여 수득한 α-올레핀 공중합체 탄성체로 구성된 군으로부터 선책한 적어도 하나의 탄성체가 하기의 비율 ; (A)/(A)=30/70-90/10 (B)/(A)+(A′)=2/100-50/100의 혼합물로 구성된 수지 조성물.
- (A)폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지를 비보호형 다가 이소시아네이트 화합물과 용융반죽하여 수득한 변성 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지, (B)(a)50 내지 90중량%의α 에틸렌 단위, 5 내지 49중량%의 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 알킬에스테르 단위 및 0.5 내지 10 중량%의 말레산 무수물 단위로 구성된 에틸렌 공중합체, (b)에폭시기 함유 올레핀 공중합체 및 (c)이오노머로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종류이상의 탄성체, (c)30 내지 80중량%의 하나 이상의 브롬원자를 함유하는 유기화염 방지제가 하기 중량비 : (A)/(B)=50/50-95/5 (C)/{(A)+(B)}=1/100-40/100의 혼련물로 구성된 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
