Claims (10)

  1. (a)페놀 불활성적으로 치환된 페닐, (b) 포름알데하이드 및 (c)(ⅰ) 디에틴올아민과 (ⅱ) 디에탄올아민이 아닌 적어도 다른 하나의 알칸올아민의 혼합물(여기서, 다른 알칸올아민에 대한 디에탄올아민의 중량비는 1:19 내지 19:1 이다)의 알콕시화 만니히 축합물을 포함하는 폴리올.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시 수가 200 내지 700인 폴리올.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다른 알칸올아민이 디이소프로판올아민, 에탄올이소프로판옥아민, 에틴올아민 또는 모노이소프로판올아민인 폴리올.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a) 및 (b)의 몰비가 1:0.9 내지 1:3.5 이고, 성분(b) 및 (c)의 몰비가 1:0.75 내지 1:1.5인 폴리올.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 만니히 축합물을 만니히 축합물의 하이드록시 그룹 하나당 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 이의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 알킬렌 옥사이드 0.5 내지 5몰로 알콕시화시킨 폴리올.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 알킬렌 옥사이드가 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 에틸렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 옥사이드의 혼합물인 폴리올.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 만니히 축합물을 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시킨 다음, 프로필렌 옥사이드와 반응시킨 폴리올.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 성분(a) 대 (b)의 비가 1:1.5내지 1:2.25이고;만니히 축합물을 축합물상의 히이드록시 그룹 하나당 알킬렌 옥사이드 1 내지 1.2몰로 알콕시화 시키며:알킬렌 옥사이드는 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 에틸렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 옥사이드와 혼합물이고; 만니히 축합물을 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시킨 다음, 프로필렌 옥사이드와 반응시킨 폴리올.
  9. 폴리이소시아네이트 발포제 및 제1항, 제4항 또는 제8항의 폴리올을 포함하는 반응 혼합물의 반응생성물인 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  10. (a) 페놀성 화합물, (b)포름알데하이드 및 (c)(ⅰ)디에탄올아민과 (ⅱ)디에탄올아민이 아닌 적어도 하나의 다른 알칸올아민의 혼합물을 축합시키고, 축합 생성물을 알콕시화시키는 공정을 포함하는 폴리올의 제조방법.
