Claims (18)

  1. 폴리우레탄 형성 조성물(formualation)을 폴리우레탄 형성 조성물의 프로스(forth)를 생성시키기에 적합한 조건하에서 불활성 가스와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 형성 조성물이 다작용성 이소시아네이트, 다작용성 알콜 및 하기 일반식의 방향족 아민이거나 알콕실화 비스페놀 A인쇄 연장체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 독립적으로, 수소 또는 알킬 그룹이고 : R1및 R2는 독립적으로, 수소 또는 하이드록시 알킬 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 적어도 하나가 하이드록시알킬 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 적어도 하나가 일반식 -(CH2)nOH (여기서, n은 1내지 20의 정수이다)또는 -(CH2CH2O)m(CH2CH(CH3)O)PH (여기서, m및 p는 독립적으로, 0또는 1내지 6의 정수이다)의 하이드록시알킬 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,R1및 R2중 적어도 하나가 -(CH2)2OH, -CH2CH(CH3)OH,-(CH2CH2O)qH 및 (CH2CH(CH3)O)qH (여기서, q는 2 또는 3이다)중에서 선택된 하이드록시알킬 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 아민이 하기 평균 구조식에 상응하는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 알콕실화 비스페놀 A가 비스페놀 A몰당 1내지 6몰의 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 이의 혼합물이 알콕실화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 형성 조성물이 또한 제2쇄 연장제로서 선형 글리콜을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 선형 글리콜이 모노에틸렌 글리콜, 모노프로필렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜 또는 디프로필렌 글리콜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 선형 글리콜이 모노에틸렌 글리콜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제1쇄 연장제가 사용된 총 다작용성 알콜의 20중량% 이하를 차지함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 제2쇄 연장제가 사용된 총 다작용성 알콜의 20중량% 이하를 차지함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 다작용성 알콜이 디올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 필수적으로 (a)제1항에서 정의된 쇄 연장제 20중량%이하, (b)제7항에서 정의된 제2쇄 연장제 20중량% 이하 및 (c)하나 이상의 다작용성 알콜의 이루어진 혼합물.
  14. 제1항 또는 제7항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 경화된 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체층에 결합된 커버기질(covering substrate)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포제-지지 커버(covering).
  15. 제1항에서 정의된 첨가제 20중량% 이하를 함유하는 경화된 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체층에 결합된 커버 기질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체-지지 커버.
  16. 제1항에 있어서 정의된 첨가제 20중량% 이하와 제7항에서 정의된 첨가제 20중량% 이하를 함유하는 경화된 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체층에 결합된 커버 기질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체-지지 커버.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 경화된 폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체층의 두께가 0.5㎝미만임을 특징으로 하는 커버.
  18. 커버 기질을 제1항 또는 제7항에서 정의된 폴리우레탄 형성 조성물의 프로스층으로 피복한 후 프로스를 경화시킴을 특징으로 하여,폴리우레탄 프로스 발포체-지지 커버를 제조하는 방법.
