Claims (21)

  1. 최대한 0.13의 알칼리금속 옥사이드/알루미늄 옥사이드 몰비를 갖는 Y-유형의 제올라이트를 0.6-1.0A의 양이온 반경을 갖는 다가 금속염의 용액으로 처리하고 하소 단계없이 이온-교환된 제올라이트를 8족 및/또는 6b족 금속의 수소화 성분과 결합시키는 것을 포함하는 제올라이트 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고( )나트륨 옥사이드 함유 Y 제올라이트를 암모늄 화합물로 처리함으로 얻어진 출발 Y 제올라이트를 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양이온 반경이 0.60-0.80A인 다가 금속 이온의 용액을 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 갈륨, 철, 구리, 마그네슘, 코발트 및 니켈의 하나 또는 그 이상의 염들이 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 갈륨 또는 니켈 염이 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다가 금속의 염화물 또는 질산염이 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.005-2의 몰농도를 갖는 다가 금속염의 용액이 사용되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 0.01-1의 몰농도를 갖는 다가 금속염의 용액이 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다가 금속염 용액으로 처리하는 것이 10-95°C의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이온-교환된 제올라이트가 200°C까지의 온도에서 건조 처리되는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이온-제올라이트가 함침 또는 특히 공-분쇄에 의해 수소화 성분(들)과 결합되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 이온-교환된 제올라이트와 수소화 성분(들)을 결합제와 함께 공-분쇄시킴으로 이온-교환된 제올라이트가 수소화 성분(들)과 결합되는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 결합제가 실리카, 알루미나, 실리카-알루미나, 점토, 지르코니아, 실리카-지르코니아, 티타니아, 실리카-보리아 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 내화 산화물의 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 결합제가 실리카-알루미나 및 알루미나의 혼합물인 방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을수 있으며, 최대한 0.13의 알카리 금속 옥사이드/알루미늄 옥사이드의 몰비와 이온-교환가능한 위치에서 0.6-1.0A의 양이온 반경을 갖는 다가 양이온 및 8족 및/또는 6b족 금속의 적어도 하나의 수소화 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 수소화 성분이 니켈, 코발트, 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 백금 및 팔라듐 성분으로부터 선택된 촉매.
  17. 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 결합제를 합유하는 촉매.
  18. 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매.
  19. 수소전환 공정에 있어서, 제15항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매의 사용.
  20. 탄화수소질 공급원료를 수소전환 조건하, 수소존재 하에서 제15항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매인 제올라이트 촉매와 접촉시키는 수소 전환방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 온도가 250-500°C이고 수소 압력이 300 바아이하이며 공간 속도가 0.1-1kg/1.h 이고 H2/공급원료 비가 100-5000 NI/kg인 방법.
