Claims (15)
- 내연기관, 특히 전기 제어 장치로부터 트리거 신호를 수신하는 전기 기계적 작동기에 따른 속도, 온도 및 하중 상태와 같은 변수에 영향을 받는 공기 흡입관내의 완속공기의 동작 특성 세팅 공정에 있어서, 증가된 기계적 저항이 작동기를 조정할 시에 특히 잼을 발생시킬 경우, 작동기는 저항을 극복하기 위해 주기적 진동 운동을 수행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작동기의 잼은 실제값과 세트값 사이의 상승으로부터 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 작동기는 구동없는 상태로 스프링에 의해 어떤 정지위치로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 3항에 있어서, 작동기는 진동시에 저주파, 특히 공진 주파수 주변에서 주기적으로 트리거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 4항에 있어서, 이중권 회전 작동기(ZWD)가 관계될 경우에 진동 운동은 권선의 교번 트리거로 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 5항에 있어서, 단일권 회전 작동기(EWD)의 경우에 권선만큼 구동된 부분은 영구자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 6항에 있어서, 구동 전압 또는 전류의 극성은 진동 운동을 감소시키도록 주기적으로 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 7항에 있어서, 진동 운동시에, 세트 조정 방향의 네트 작동 모멘트가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 8항에 있어서, 잼 릴리스가 검출될시에, 작동기는 초과량을 방지하도록 세트값으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 9항에 있어서, 작동기의 잼은 작동기의 대응 트리거에도 불구하고 모터의 버가동(non-running-up)및 공기 흐름의 비상승으로 부터 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 10항에 있어서, 리세팅 네트 작동 모멘트에 따른 진동은 복원 스프링의 힘이 기계 저항을 극복하기에 불충분하거나 복원스프링이 파괴되어, 작동기가 정지 위치로 복귀하지 않을 경우에 유효하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 11항에 있어서, 진동 제어부의 단일 또는 반복 이용한 후에, 고장 메시지는 구동기 및 서비스에 대한 출력인 것을 특징으로 하는 동작 특성 세팅 공정.
- 제1 내지 제12항에 따른 한 공정을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 수단은 작동기의 잼을 검출하여, 작동기의 대응진동 운동을 개시하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 수행 장치.
- 제1 내지 제12항에 따른 한 공정을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 작동기 조정내에서 발생한 저항이 증가될 경우에, 진동 운동은 기계적 또는 전기기계적 방식으로 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 수행 장치.
- 제1 내지 제12항중의 한 항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위해 제13 및 14항중의 한항에 따른 장치에 있어서, 수단은 진동 제어부를 단일 또는 반복 이용할 때마다 구동 및 서비스에 대한 고장 메시지를 출력되도록 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 수행 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
