Claims (16)
- (a) 제품의 습윤온도보다 낮은 온도를 갖는 물질로 구성되고 제품의 내부표면에 상응하는 외부 표면을 갖는 삽입체를 제조하고; (b) 삽입체 주위에, 삽입물질에 의해 습윤되고 삽입물질의 습윤온도보다 더 높은 소결온도를 갖는 물질로 구성되며 실질적으로 제품의 네트 형태로 성형되는 다공성 컴팩트를 형성시키고; (c) 삽입물질이 실질적으로 용융되고 다공성 컴팩트로 침윤하도록 제품을 습윤온도로 가열하고, 실질적으로 컴팩트의 네트 형태를 갖는 복합제품을 제조함을 특징으로 하여, 내부 표면 또는 동공을 갖는 복합제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체 물질이 금속 또는 유리이고 다공성 컴팩트 물질이 세라믹 또는 금속인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 컴팩트-삽입물질이 B4C-Al, B4C-Si, TiB2-Al, TiB2Ni, B2C-Mg, AlB12-Al, SiB6-Al, SiB4-Al 또는 SiC-Si의 세라믹-금속 물질인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 컴팩트-삽입 세라믹-유리 물질이 Al2O3-(SiO2-B2O3유리), Si3N4-(SiO2-MgO 유리), Si3N4-(SiO2-Y2O3유리), Si3N4-(MgO-Y2O37CaO-SiO2유리), 또는 Si3N4-(Al2O3-Y2O3-SiO2유리)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 컴팩트-삽입 금속-급속 물질이 Ti-Mg 또는 W-Cu인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된, 중공이 있고 내부표면이 실질적으로 완전히 밀폐된 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제품이 중공 볼(ball)인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체 물질이 금속이고, 컴팩트 물질은 세라믹이며, 이 금속 및 세라믹이 승온에서 반응성인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 세라믹 금속 물질이 B4C-Al 또는 B4C-Al합금인 방법.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 삽입물질이 컴팩트를 침윤시킨 후에 제품의 온도를 조절하여 금속 및 세라믹을 반응시켜 금속-세라믹 층을 형성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열하는 동안 삽입물질을 다공성 컴팩트의 모든 기공에 침윤시키고 충진시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열하는 동안, 삽입물질을 다공성 컴팩트 기공의 일부에 침윤시키고 충진시키는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 가열하는 동안, 삽입물질이 고갈되기 전에 컴팩트의 내부표면에 인접한 컴팩트의 모든 기공만을 충진시키는 양을 삽입물질의 양을 제한하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열단계를 점진적으로 습윤온도까지 진행시키고 침윤이 완결될 때까지 이 온도를 유지시키는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 세라믹-금속 물질이 B4C-Al 또는 B4C-Al합금이고, 1000 내지 1100℃에서는 10℃/min속도로 1100℃에서 최대 목적온도 1200℃까지는 5℃/min의 속도로 가열을 진행시키는 방법.
- 제품이 충분히 밀도가 높은 물질이고 B4C는 침윤 전에 열적 또는 화학적 처리가 모드 필요하지 않은, 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 B4C-Al 또는 B4C-Al합금 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
