Claims (20)
- 다공질 중합성 지지체에 지지된 티탄 또는 바나듐 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 촉매성분의 다공도가 0.2cc/g이상이고 세공분포는 세공중 최소한 30%의 반경이 150Å인 것과 같은 올레핀 중합용 촉매성분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-할로겐화 마그네슘을 추가로 함유하는 촉매성분.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티탄 또는 바나듐 화합물이 최소한 하나의 Ti-할로겐 또는 V-할로겐 결합을 갖는 촉매성분.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2-할로겐화 마그네슘의 가장 강한 희절선이 그 가장 강한 희절선의 위치에 비하여 쉬프트된 초대 강도의 할로에 의해 치환되는 X-선 스펙트럼을 나타내는 촉매성분.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속 Ti, V 및 Mg 각각으로 나타내어 티탄 또는 바나듐 화합물 및 2-할로겐화 마그네슘이 1내지 10중량%로 존재하는 촉매성분.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전자 공여체 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 촉매성분.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전자 공요체 화합물을 방향족 모노 또는 비카르복실산의 알킬, 아릴 또는 시클로알킬 에스테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택하는 촉매성분.
- 제7항에 있어서, 에스테르가 프탈산 에스테르인 촉매성분.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전자 공여체 화합물이 2,2,5,5, 테트라메틸피페리딘인 촉매성분.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전자 공여체 화합물이 최소한 하나의 Si-OR결합(이중, R은 1내지 6탄소원자의 알킬라디칼이다)또는 최소한 하나의 SiOR'결합(이중, R'는 3내지 18탄소원자의 측쇄 알킬라디칼 또는 시클로알킬라디칼이다)을 갖는 실리콘 화합물인 촉매성분.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공도가 1내지 2cc/g이고 세공분포는 세공중 최소한 40%의 반경이 150내지 350Å인 것과 같은 촉매성분.
- 제2항에 기재된 촉매성분과 A1-알킬 화합물을 반응시키므로써 수득되는 생성물을 함유함을 특징으로하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공질 지지체가 부분적으로 교차결합된 스티렌 디비닐벤젠 공중합체인 촉매 성분.
- 중합성 지지체를 2-할로겐화 마그네슘 또는 할로겐화 제와 반응하여 2-할로겐화 마그네슘으로 변형 가능한 마그네슘 화합물 용액에 현착시키고, 증발에 의하여 용매를 제거하고 수득한 고형분을 티탄 또는 바나듐 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로하는, 다공도가 0.3cc/g이상이고, 세공 크기 분포는 세공중 최소한 40%의 반경이 150Å이상인 것과 같은 입자상인 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 마그네슘 화합물 용액이 MgCl2·2Ti(OC4H9)4화합물 또는 알콜에 용해된 2-염화마그네슘 용액을 함유하고, 용매를 증발시킨 후에 수득한 고형분을 TiCl4와 반응시키는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 촉매 성분과 Al-알킬 화합물과의 반응 생성물을 함유함을 특징으로하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 할로겐화 티탄 및 전자공여체 화합물을 함유하는 제3항에 기재된 촉매성분과 Al-트리알킬 화합물과의 반응 생성물을 함유함을 특징으로하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제17항에 있어서, 전자 공여체 화합물을 Al-트리알킬 화합물의 함께 사용하는 촉매.
- 제18항에 있어서, 전자 공여체 화합물을 최소한 하나의 Si-OR결합(이중, R은 1 내지 8탄소원자의 알킬라디칼이다)또는 하나의 SiOR'결합 (이중, R'는 3내지 18탄소원자의 측쇄 알킬라디칼 또는 시클로알킬 라디칼이다)을 갖는 실리콘인 촉매.
- 제17항에 기재된 촉매에 의하여 수득된 편구형 올레핀 중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
