광경화성 조성물 및 그들의 연속 층으로부터 삼차원물품을 가공하는 방법

제1도는 본 발명의 방법의 바람직한 실시양태를 수행하는데 사용되는 장치의 블록 선도이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, 광개시제 및 조성물을 광경화시킬때 조성물내에 녹으나 별개의 상으로 분리되고, 조성물의 다른 성분 모두가 없을때 첫번째 부피를 점유하는 이에 혼합된 첨가제로 구성되고, 상기 혼합된 첨가제가 없을때 두번째 부피를 점유하고, 첫번째 부피 및 두번째 부피의 합보다 작은 세번째 부피를 점유하는 첨가제를 함유하는, 고체 상형성에서 사용되기 위해 광경화시킬때 수축이 적게 되거나 수축되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 별개의상이, 250㎛이하의 직경을 영역의 형태이고 광경화 후에 조성물의 전체 부피의 최소한 10%를 구성하는 부피를 가지는 광경화성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가 화합물이 전체 조성물의 10중량%-50중량%인 광경화성 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가 화합물이 중합체인 광경화성 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 10,000-250,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지는 광경화성 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 스티렌, 치환된 스티렌, 알파 알킬 스티렌, 베타 알킬 스티렌, 치환된 알파 알킬 스티렌, 치환된 베타 알킬 스티렌 또는 그들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 단량체를 포함하는 광경화성 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가, 만일 단일중합반응되면 광경화되기전에 광경화성 조성물내에 녹으나 광경화할때 두번째 상으로 분리되는 중합체를 형성하는 첫번째 단량체, 및 만일 단일 중합반응되면 광경화전 이나 후에 모두 광경화성 조성물내에 녹는 중합체를 형성하는 두번째 단량체로 부터 형성되는 공중합체인 광경화성 조성물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 불포화된 부위당 1,000-5,000g의 당량을 가진 에틸렌 불포화를 가지는 광경화성 조성물.
  9. (a) 광경화성 액체 층을 형성시키는 단계: (b) 광경화성 액체 층의 적어도 일부를 화학선에 노출시켜 광경화 시키는 단계: (c) 화학선에 이미 노출된 층위에 새로운 광경화성 액체층을 도입시키는 단계: 및 (d) 최소한 일부분의 신규한 액체 층을 화학선에 노출시킴으로 광경화시키는 단계로 구성되는, 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, 광개시제 및 조성물을 광경화시킬때 조성물내에 녹으나 별개의 상으로 분리되고, 조성물의 다른 성분모두가 없을때 첫번째 부피를 점유하는 이에 혼합된 첨가제로 구성되고, 상기 혼합된 첨가제가 없을때 두번째 부피를 점유하고, 첫번째 부피 및 두번째 부피의 합보다 작은 세번째 부피를 점유하는 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 광경화성 액체조성물의 연속 층으로부터 완전한 삼차원 물품을 정확하게 가공하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, (c) 및 (d)단계가 연속적으로 반복되는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 별개이상이 250㎛이하의 직경을 가지는 영역의 형태이고 광경화 후에 조성물의 전체부피의 최소한 10%를 구성하는 부피를 가지는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 첨가 화합물이 전체 광경화성 조성물의 10중량%-50중량%인 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 첨가 화합물이 중합체인 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 중합체가 10,000-250,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 중합체가 스티렌, 치환된 스티렌, 알파 알킬 스티렌, 베타 알킬 스티렌, 치환된 알파 알킬 스티렌, 치환된 베타 알킬 스티렌 또는 그들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 중합체가 광경화 되기전에 광경화성 조성물내에 녹으나 광경화 할때 두번째 상으로 분리되는 단일 중합체에 상응하는 첫번째 단량체, 및 광경화전이나 후에 모두 광경화성 조성물내에 녹는 단일 중합체에 상응하는 두번째 단량체로 구성되는 공중합체인 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 중합체가 불포화된 부위당 1,000-5,000g의 단량을 가진 에틸렌 불포화를 가지는 방법.
