삼차원 물품의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 얻어진 삼차원 고체부품

제1도는 본 발명 방법의 바람직한 실시양태를 수행하기 위해 사용되는 장치의 블록 선도이다.
제2도는 투명한 광경화성 조성물의 경우에 광경화 깊이와 노출 사이의 전형적인 관계를 보여 준다.
제3도는 방사선 굴절 물질을 함유하는 광경화성 조성물의 경우 광경화 깊이와 노출사이의 전형적인 관계를 보여준다.

Claims (14)

  1. (a) 광경화성 액체 층을 형성시키는 단계 : (b) 광경화성 액체 층의 적어도 일부를 화학선에 노출시켜 광경화 시키는 단계; (c) 화학선에 이미 노출된 층상에 새로운 광경화성 액체층을 도입시키는 단계; 및 (d) 새로운 액체 층의 적어도 일부를 화학선에 노출시킴으로서 광경화시키는 단계로 구성되고, 광경화성 조성물이 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, 광개시제 및 방사선 굴절물질로 구성되며, 이때 방사선 물질이 일차 굴절지수를 갖고 조성물의 나머지는 이차 굴절지수를 가지며 일차 굴절지수와 이차 굴절지수사이의 차의 절대 값이 0이 아닌 것을 특징으로하는 광경화성 액체 조성물의 연속층으로 부터 완전한 삼차원 물품을 정밀하게 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)와 (d)가 연속적으로 반복되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 일차 굴절지수와 이차 굴절지수 사이의 차의 절대값이 0.01보다 큰 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 화학선이 비임의 형태인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 비임이 레이저 비임인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 굴절 물질이 에멀션화된 액체인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 굴절 물질이 분산된 고체인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 분산된 고체가 광경화성 조성물내에서 실질적으로 불용성인 미립 유기 중합체 화합물로 구성되는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 분산된 고체가 광경화성 조성물 내에서 실질적으로 불용성인 미립 무기 화합물로 구성되는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 무기 화합물이 화학적으로 결합된 산소를 함유하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 무기 화합물이 알루미늄, 규소, 마그네슘, 아연, 지르코늄의 산화물 및 수산화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 굴절 물질이 에멀션화된 액체 분산된 고체의 조합물을 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제14항에 있어서, 굴절 물질이 조성물의 나머지보다 높은 굴절지수를 갖는 방법.
  14. 제2항의 방법에 의해 얻어진 삼-차원 고체 부품.
