삼차원 물품의 제조방법, 그 제조 물품 및 광경화성 액체 조성물

제1도는 본 발명 방법의 바람직한 실시양태를 수행하기 위해 사용되는 장치의 블록선도(block diagram)이다.
제2도는 투명한 광경화성 조성물의 경우 광경화 깊이와 노출사이의 전형적인 관계를 보여준다.
제3도는 바람직한 범위 내의 코어대 셀(shell)비를 갖는 코어 셀 중합체를 함유하는 광경화성 조성물의 경우 광경화 깊이와 노출사이의 전형적인 관계를 도시한다.

Claims (13)

  1. (a) 광경화성 액체 층을 형성시키는 단계, (b) 광경화성 액체 층의 적어도 일부를 화학선에 노출시켜 광경화 시키는 단계, (c) 화학선에 이미 노출된 층상에 새로운 광경화성 액체층을 도입시키는 단계 및 (d) 새로운 액체층의 적어도 일부를 화학선에 노출시켜 광경화시키는 단계로 구성된, 광경화성 조성물이 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, 광개시제, 및 방사선 굴절물질로 구성되며, 이때 방사선 굴절물질은 코어대 셀 비율과 일차 굴절지수를 갖는 코어-셀 중합체이고 조성물의 나머지는 이차 굴절지수를 가지며, 일차 굴절지수와 이차 굴절 지수 사이의 차의 절대값이 0이 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화성 액체 조성물의 연속 층으로 부터 완전한 삼차원 물품을 정밀하게 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코어 대 셀 중량비가 2 : 1 이상인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 코어 대 셀 중량비가 2 : 1-7 : 1 및 9 : 1 보다 큰 방법
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 단계(c) 및 (d)가 연속적으로 반복되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물에 가소제가 포함되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 일차 굴절지수와 이차 굴절지수 사이의 차의 절개값이 0.01 보다 큰 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 화학선이 비임의 형태인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 비임이 레이져 비임인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 코어가 가교결합되지 않은 중합체 물질을 위한 용매내에서 비팽윤성이고 불용성인 가교결합된 중합체인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 코어가 펜단트 산기를 함유하지 않는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 코어가 펜단트 산기를 함유하지 않는 방법.
  12. 제11항의 방법에 의해 제조된 물품.
  13. 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체, 광개시제 및 방사선 굴절물질로 구성되고 이때 굴절물질은 2 : 1 이상의 코어대셀 중량 비를 갖는 코어-셀 중합체로 구성되고 코어는 가교결하되지 않은 중합체를 위한 용매내에 비팽윤성이고 불용성인 가교 결합성 중합체이며 셀은 펜단트 산기를 함유하지 않는 광경화성 액체 조성물.
