Claims (17)
- (a) 섬유복합재의 단말부에 용탕공급수단을 갖는 금형을 부착키는 공정과, (b) 상기 단말부 및 금형에 의해 형성된 캐비티에 상기 용탕 공급수단으로 부터 용탕을 공급하고, 상기 단말부의 소망영역을 주조 금속으로 피복 하는 공정과, (c) 상기 주조금속을 프레스 하는 공정과, (d) 상기 주조 금속으로 피복된 부분을 고정부재에 부착하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용탕공급 공정에서 용탕을 가압하면서 캐비티에 압입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프레스공정에서 주조금속을 냉간에서 프레스하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유복합재의 단말 정착방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 피복공정에서 섬유 복합재의 최말단부를 주조금속으로 피복하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 피복공정에서 섬유복합재의 최말단부를 주조 금속으로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 피복공정에서 주조 금속이 원통상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 피복공정에서 주조 금속이 원추대상(円錐台′′′ 狀)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유복합재의 단말정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 피복공정에서 주조금속이 볼상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유복합재의 단말정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 금속의 외주에 나사홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 주조 금속으로 피복된 부분에 수콘을 부착하고 암콘을 통하여 섬유 복합재의 단말부를 고정 부재에 정착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조금속으로 피복된 부분을 직접 고정부재에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 금속의 융점이 200℃-600℃의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 금속에 아연 합금을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용탕을 급냉응고 시켜서, 주조 금속을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금형이 분할 가능한 복수의 부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금형이 가스배출공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 복합재의 단말 정착 방법.
