Claims (3)

  1. 다음의 조성으로 이루어지고 질소 함유량이 다음식에 따라 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 내산화성 및 열강도를 가진 열변형성, 오오스테나이트 니켈-크롬-철 합금.
    Fe 17-25% Cr 14-20% Si 0.5-2.0% Mn 0.1-2.0% C 0.04-0.10% Ca 0.02-0.10% N 0.010-0.080% Ti 0.025-0.045% Zr 0.04-0.17% Y 0.03-0.08% S 0.010%보다 적음 P 0.015%보다 적음 Mo, W, Co 각각 0.1%보다 적음 Nb, Ta,Al,V,Cu 각각 0.05%보다 적음 잔량 Ni, %N=(0.15 내지 0.30)x% Zr+(0.30 내지 0.60)x% Ti.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음의 조성으로 이루어지고 질소 함유량이 다음식에 따라 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-크롬-철 합금.

  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다음의 조성으로 이루어지고 질소 함유량이 다음식에 따라 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-크롬-철 합금.
    Fe 19-21% Cr 18-20% Si 1.3-1.5% Mn 0.1-0.4% C 0.04-0.06% Ca 0.03-0.04% N 0.018-0.042% Ti 0.035-0.045% Zr 0.06-0.08% S% S 0.005%보다 적음 P 0.015%보다 적음 Mo, W, Co 각각 0.1%보다 적음 Nb, Ta,Al,V,Cu 각각 0.05%보다 적음 잔량 Ni, %N=(0.15 내지 0.25)x% Zr+(0.30 내지 0.60)x% Ti.
