Abstract
본 발명은 900~1100℃의 초고온에서 가동되는 화학공업설비 및 발전설비등의 고온소재에 관한 것으로, 고온강화와 크립 파단수명이 우수하고 단조가공성이 뛰어난 Ni-Cr-W계 니켈기 초내열 합금에 관한 것이다.
본 발명 합금의 조성은 Ni를 기본조성으로 하여 Cr 21~25%, W 18~25%, Ti 0.5~2.0%, Al 1~5%, C 0.025~0.5%, B 0.2%이하, Zr 0.3%이하 및 Ta 0.3~3.0% 함유되어 이루어진 조성이다.
본 발명 합금은 종래의 니켈기 초내열 합금에 비해 고온에서의 크립 파단수명이 월등히 향상되고, 또한 단조가 공성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 기계가공성이 우수하다는 장점이 있다.

- 중량비로 Cr 21~25%, W 18~25%, Ti 0.5~2.0%, Al 1~5%, C 0.025~0.5%, B 0.2%이하, Zr 0.3%이하 및 Ta 0.3~3.0%, 나머지 Ni로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초내열 단조합금.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
