Claims (13)

  1. 30-60%의 페라이트와 그 나머지가 오오스테나이트로 되는 미크로조직을 갖는 혼립 스테인레스강 합금에 있어서, 본질적으로 0.07중량% 미만의 C, 17-21.5중량%의 Cr, 1중량% 이상 4중량% 미만의 Ni, O.05-0.15중량%의 N, 4중량% 이상 8중량%의 Mn, 2중량% 미만의 Si, 2중량% 미만의 Mo, 1.5중량% 미만의 Cu 및 그 나머지는 본질적으로 Fe로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼립 스테인레스강 합금.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 합금이 최대 1중량%의 Nb, Ti, Ta, Zr 및(또는) V를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼립 스테인레스강 합금.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 합금이 최대 0.01중량%의 Ca, 최대 0.10중량%의 P, 최대 0.4중량%의 S, 최대 0.2중량%의 Ce, 최대 0.01중량%의 B, 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼립 스테인레스강 합금.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄소가 0.04중량% 미만이고, 망간이 4.25-5.5중량%이고 질소가 0.07-0.13중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼립 스테인레스강 합금.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 미크로조직이 35-50%의 페라이트와 그 나머지는 오오스테나이트로 되며, 크롬이 18.5-20중량%이고, 니켈이 2-3중량%이며, 규소가 1.3중량% 미만이고, 몰리브덴이 1.25중량% 미만이며, 구리가 1중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼립 스테인레스강 합금.

  9. 제 7 항에 있어서, 제련 혼립 스테인레스강의 시트, 대, 판, 로드 및 와이어 형태의 물품.
  10. 제 7 항에 있어서, 주물 및 금속 분말 형태의 물품.
  11. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 35-50%의 페라이트와 그 나머지가 오오스테나이트로 구성되고, 본질적으로 0.04중량% 미만의 C, 18.5-20중량%의 Cr, 2-3중량%의 Ni, O.07-0.13중량%의 N, 4.25-5.5중량%의 Mn, 2중량% 미만의 Si, 1.25중량% 미만의 Mo, 1중량% 미만의 Cu, 최대 0.10%중량%의 P, 및 그 나머지가 Fe로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼립 스테인레스강 물품.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서, 혼립 스테이레스강의 스트립, 시트, 판, 봉, 로드, 와이어, 주물, 박벽 주물 및 금속분말 형태의 물품.
  13. 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 본질적으로 최대 0.01중량%의 Ca, 최대 0.10%중량%의 P, 최대 0.4중량%의 S, 최대 0.2중량%의 Ce, 최대 0.01중량%의 B, 최대 1중량%의 Nb, Ti, Ta, Zr 및(또는) V, 중 1종 이상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼립 스테인레스강 물품.
