Claims (10)

  1. 불활성이며 대체로 물에 혼합되지 않은 용매에서 상-전이 촉매 존재하에 α.β-불포화 산의 염과 알칼리를 브로모-치환 벤질 할라이드와 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, 하기 일반식의 α,β-불포화산의 브로모-치환 방향족 에스테르의 제조방법.
    상기 일반식에서, n은 1 또는 2, X=6n,이며, R와 R'는 수소 또는 알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가, 클로로벤젠, 톨루엔, 메틸렌클로라이드, 클로로브로모메탄, 디브로메탄, 메틸렌클로라이드 클로로브로모메탄과 디브로모메탄의 혼합물등, 에틸렌 디클로라이드 및 에틸렌 디브로마이드로부터 선정 되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알카리가, NaOH 또는 KOH, 또는 그 탄산염으로부터 선정된 금속 수산화물인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상-전이 촉매가 4차 암모늄 염인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 트리카플릴릴메틸 암모늄 클로라이드, 헥사메실트리메틸 암모늄 클로라이드 또는 테트라부틸 암모늄 브로마이드 인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용매가 먼저의 반응 과정으로부터 재순환된 모액을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 브로모-치환 벤질 할라이드가 펜타브로모벤질 브로마이드 또는 오르토-또는 따라-테트라 브로모 실렌 디브로마이드인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, α,β-불포화 산이 아크릴산, 크로톤산 또는 메타아클릴 산이며, 결과로서 생기는 에스테르가 브로모-치환 방향족 아클리레이트인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 브로모-치환 방향족 아크릴레이트가, 펜타브로모벤질 아크릴레이트, 펜타브로모벤질 메타아크릴레이트, 테트라브로모-p-크실리덴 디아크릴레이트, 테트라브로모-O-크실리덴 디아크릴레이트, 테트라브로모-p-크실리덴 디마타아크릴레이트, 테트라브로모-O-크실리덴 디메타아크릴레이트와 펜타 브로모벤질 크로톤에이트로부터 선정되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해서 제조되는, 일반식 (1)의 브로모-치환 에스테르.
