Claims (22)
- 일반식(1)의 화합물을 일반식(8)의 피발산화합물과 반응시켜서, 일반식(2)의 화합물을 생성시키고, 이 화합물을 일반식(9)의 유기리륨 화합물과 반응시켜 생성된 디리튬염을 이산화탄소와 반응시켜 일반식(3)의 아닐리드를 생성시키고, 이 아닐리드를 에스데르화제와 반응시켜 일반식(4)의 에스테르를 생성시키고, 이 에스테르를 일반식(10)의 산 무수물과 반응시켜 수득한 생성물을 염기로 가수분해시킬을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(7a) 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서, R,R1,R2,R3는 같거나 다른 저급알킬이고, R4는 n-부틸,2급-부틸 또는 3급-부틸이며, R5는 3급-부틸이고, X´는 OCOC(CH3)3, 클로로, 브로모 또는 플루오로이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피발산 화합물이 피발로일클로라이드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기리튬 화합물이 n-부틸리튬인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에스테르화제가 디메틸포름아미드 디메틸아세탈인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산 무수물이 아세트산 무수물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염기가 수산화나트륨인 방법.
- 일반식(4)의 화합물을, 할로겐화제와 반응시켜 일반식(5)의 화합물을 생성시키고, 수득한 생성물을 일반식(10)의 산 무수물과 반응시켜 일반식(6b)의 화합물을 생성시키고, 수득한 생성물을 염기로 가수분해시킬을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(7b) 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서, R,R1,R2및 R3는 같거나 다른 저급알킬이고, X는 할로이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 에스테르화제가 디메틸포름아미드 디메틸아세탈인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 산 무수물이 아세트산 무수물인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 염기가 수산화나트륨인 방법.
- 일반식(11)의 화합물.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며, 저급알킬이고, R3는 수소, COOH 또는 COOR5[여기에서, R5는 저급알킬이다]이고. R4는 3급-부틸 또는 저급알킬이고, n은 1 또는 2이며, X는 수소 또는 할로이며, 단, R3가 COOR5일 경우 R4는 저급알킬이고 n은 2이며, R3가 수소일 경우 X는 수소이다.

- 제11항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 저급알킬이고, R3가 COOH이고, R4가 3급-부틸이고, n이 l이며, X가 수소 또는 할로인 화합물.
- 제11항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 저급알킬이고, R3가 COOR5이고, R4가 3급-부틸이고, n이 l이며, X가 수소 또는 할로인 화합물.
- 제11항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 저급알킬이고, R3가 COOR5이고, R4가 저급알킬이고, n이 2이며, X가 수소 또는 할로인 화합물.
