Claims (12)

  1. 미세-분자수준 또는 비 분자수준이 탄성체(7)로부터 만들어지는 외벽과 적어도 부분적으로 합성품(9)으로 이루어지는 코어를 갖는 몰드캐비티의물건을 만드는 방법으로, 가) 첫 번째 단계에서, 모드캐비티에 의해 형성된 표면상에 용매없이 또는 제한된 양의 용매와 함께 여러 성분의 반응혼합물을 분무함으로써, 대개 0.3~5㎜의, 주로 1~2㎜의 두께를 갖는 상기의 탄성체층(7)을 형성하도록 사익 탄성체층을 적용하고, 나) 두 번째 단계에서, 탄성체층이 완전히 경화되기전에 합성품(9)을 형성하기 위한 두 번째 반응혼합물을 몰드캐비티의 공간(8)에 형성된 탄성체층(7)내로 분무하고, (다) 세 번째 단계에서, 합성품(9)이 대체로 완전히 강화되고 난 후, 탄성체층(7)이 전체적으로 형성되고 얻어진 물건을 이형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 두 개의 상호 움직일 수 있는 몰드부분품(2) 및 (3)으로 구성되어, 열린 위치와 닫혀진 위치로 이동시킬 수 있으며, 기기에 더해 가) 상기 첫 번째 단계에서, 몰드(4)의 몰드캐비티에 의해 형성되는 표면1)과, 몰드(4)의 닫혀진 위치에서 서로 맞닿게 되는 상기 부분품(2) 및 (3)의 모서리의 면(7)에 적어도, 부분적으로, 탄성체층을 적용시키고, 나) 상기 두 번째 단계에서, 몰드(4)가 닫혀진 상태이고, 탄성체가 완전히 경화되기 전에, 합성품(9)을 얻기 위한 반응혼합물을 몰드캐비티에 따라 형성된 탄성체층(7)이 전체적으로 형성되고 난 후에, 얻어진 물건을 이형시키기 위해 몰드를 열린 위치로 이동시키는 몰드(4)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 몰드부분품(2) 및 (3)으로 된 몰드(4)를 사용하여, 면(7′)이 닫혀진 위치에서 대체로 밀봉적으로 접촉하여 표면(1)과 이들 면(7′)상에 탄성체층(7)을 적용시킨 후, 이 몰드를 닫을 때, 이 면(7′)에 있는 액체인 탄성체층(7)이 적어도 부분적으로는 몰드캐비티내로 밀려들어가도록 하고, 반면에 이들 두 몰드부분품(2) 및 (3)의 면(7′)을 서로를 향해 밀어서, 각각의 부분품(2) 및 (3)의 탄성체층이 분리접합점을 따라 이들 면(7′) 근처에서 연결되도록 하고, 이 층은 바깥에서는 대체로 보이지 않고, 내부면에서는 강화용으로 작용하도록 농화(16)가 나타나도록 하는 몰드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 몰드(4)가 몰드부분품(2) 및 (3)으로 이루어져, 몰드를 닫을 때, 이들 면(7′)이 면(7′)상에 있는 액체인 탄성체를 면(7′)의 바깥쪽과 마찬가지로 몰드캐비티 내부로 밀려나도록 하는 두께를 갖는 몰드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 몰드(4)가 몰드부분품(2) 및 (3)으로 이루어져 있고, 면(7′)이 대체로 완전희 평면이고 적어도 0.5mm 대개 2~10mm 의 두께를 갖는 몰드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에서 제5항까지 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 단계에서, 모드(4)가 열린 위치에서 있는 순간에, 임의의 한가지색의 탄성체층(7a)을 하나의 몰드부분품(2)의 몰드표면(1)상에 분무하여 적용시키고, 또 다른 색의 탄성체층(7b)을 다른 몰드부분품(3)의 몰드표면(1)상에 분무하여 적용시키고 난 후, 두 번째 단계를 시작하기 전에, 즉시 몰드(4)를 닫아주는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에서 제6항까지중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 번째 단계를 시작하기 전에, 삽입물(10)을 몰드캐비티내에 위치시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에서 제7항까지중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 몰드캐비티내에서 폴리우레탄폼을 형성하는데, 대체로 클로로 플루오로하이드로 카본을 제거한, 물로 발포시킨 반응혼합물로, 이 반응혼합물은 방향족 이소시아네트 화합물과 폴리올과 같은 수소활성화합물의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에서 제8항까지중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 개 또는 그 이상의 반응혼합물을 용매없이, 소위 “무공기” 시스템에 따라 분무함으로써 탄성체층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에서 제9항까지중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 몰드캐비티의 공간상에 탄성체층(7)을 가볍고 안정한 폴리우레탄으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에서 제10항까지중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 몰드표면(1)상에 탄성체층(7)을 형성하고 15~60초의 반응시간후에 합성폼(9)을 몰드캐비티의 공간(8)에 주입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에서 제11항까지중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 몰드(4)를 대개 약 60℃이상의 온도로 미리 가열하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
