Claims (4)

  1. 소정의 전송 용량을 가진 데이터 전송 수단에 의한 전송을 위한 비디오 데이터 비교를 허용하는 블록 포맷으로 디지털 비디오 데이터를 코딩하기 위한 고능률 코딩 장치에 있어서, 상기 디지털 비디오 데이터가 공급되는, 블록 데이터를 발생하기 위한 블록세그멘테이션 수단과, 상기 블록 데이터가 공급되며, 각 블록에 대한 DC성분 및 다수의 AC성분을 포함하는 계수 데이터를 발생하기 위한 직각 변환 수단과, 소정의 주기동안에 상기 AC계수 데이타의 제1 분포 테이블을 발생하기 위한 수단과, 상기 제1분포 테이블로부터 누적 형태의 제2분포 테이블을 발생하기 위한 수단과, 상기 데이터 전송 수단의 상기 소정의 전송 용량과 상기 제2분포 테이블에 의한 상기 소정의 주기동안 상기 AC계수 데이터의 총 비트 수를 제어하기 위한 수단과, 상기 각각의 소정 주기동안 상기 DC계수 데이터와 상기 제어된 AC계수 데이터 및 부가 코드를 전송하기 위한 수단을 포함해서 이루어진 고능률 코딩 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단이, 상기 제2분포 테이블에 근거하여 상기 소정의 주기동안에 상기 AC계수 데이터의 총 비트 수를 계산하기 위한 계산 수단과, 상기 데이터 전송 수단의 상기 소정의 전송 용량과 상기 계산된 총 비트 수를 비교하기 위한 비교기 수단을 포함하는 고능률 코딩장치.
  3. 데이터 전송 수단에 의한 전송을 위한 비디오 데이터 비교를 허용하는 블록 포맷으로 디지털 비디오 데이터를 코딩하기 위한 고능률 코딩 장치에 있어서, 상기 디지털 비디오 데이터가 공급되며, 블록 데이터를 발생하기 위한 블러 세그멘테이션 수단과, 상기 블록 데이터가 공급되며, 각 블록에 대한 DC성분 및 다수의 AC성분을 포함하는 계수 데이터를 발생하기 위한 직각 변환수단과, 각 블록에 대한 상기 AC계수 데이터가 공급되며, 그것을 다수의 서브-블럭으로 분할하기 위한 서브-블럭 세그멘테이션 수단과, 전송될 유효 계수 데이타가 포함디어 있는 상기 서브-블럭을 나타내는 어드레스 정보를 발생하기 위한 수단과, 각 블록에 대한 상기 DC계수 데이터와 상기 어드레스 정보 및 상기 유효계수 데이터를 전송하기 위한 수단을 포함해서 이루어진 고능률 코딩 장치.
  4. 데이터 전송 수단에 의한 전송을 위한 비디오 데이터 비교를 허용하는 블록 포맷으로 디지털 오디오 데이터를 코딩하기 위한 고능률 코딩 장치에 있어서, 상기 디지털 오디오 데이터가 공급되며, 블록 데이터를 발생하기 위한 블록 세그멘테이션 수단과, 상기 블록 데이터가 공급되며, 각 블록에 대한 DC성분 및 다수의 AC성분을 포함하는 계수 데이터를 발생하기 위한 직각 변환수단과, 각 블록의 상기 AC계수 데이터가 공급되며, 보다 큰 크기의 서브-블럭으로부터 작은서브-블럭을 순차적으로 발생하기 위한 서브-블럭 세크멘테이션 수단과, 작은 크기의 서브-블럭의 전송 패턴을 나타내는 각 서브-블럭의 크기에 대한 전송 패턴 데이터를 발생하기 위한 수단과, 각 블록에 대한상기 DC계수 데이터와 상기 전송 패턴 데이터 및 유효 계수 데이터를 전송하기 위한 수단을 포함해서 이루어진 고능률 코딩 장치.
