Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure a highly efficient process of various types of data, by realizing column access, jumping access, low access, mesh access and the like for the parallel memory access. CONSTITUTION:MB11-MB14 are memory blocks which are capable of memory access independently. If the number of memory blocks is set an N (2<n>) units (N, n: positive integers), N=4 and n=2 are obtained. The 4 memory addresses in which only optional two bits are different from each other when the memory address is displayed in a binary form are allotted to the 4 memory blocks MB11- MB14 respectively with no overlap.
