Abstract
Способ и устройство для сжатия палитризованных изображений, предусматривающие квантирование входных символов в М-ичном алфавите на два уровня на основе контекстной модели входных данных, где двухуровневое квантование выбирается для обеспечения хорошего сжатия двоичным кодером. Конкретное двухуровневое квантование определяется из таблицы переиндексации, которая отображает каждый входной символ в число двоичных значений. Отображение определяется из изображений, подлежащих сжатию, и обычно передается со сжатыми изображениями как вставка. Claims (1)
- Способ и устройство для сжатия палитризованных изображений, предусматривающие квантирование входных символов в М-ичном алфавите на два уровня на основе контекстной модели входных данных, где двухуровневое квантование выбирается для обеспечения хорошего сжатия двоичным кодером. Конкретное двухуровневое квантование определяется из таблицы переиндексации, которая отображает каждый входной символ в число двоичных значений. Отображение определяется из изображений, подлежащих сжатию, и обычно передается со сжатыми изображениями как вставка. Отображение является локальным минимумом поразрядной энтропии двухуровневого квантования.
