Claims (24)
- 무수메타규산나트뮴 중심으로 주위에 메타규산나트륨 5수염이 둘러쌓여 있고, 메타규산나트륨 5수염은 완성된 생성물의 무개비로 적어도 10%의 물올 항유함을 특징으로 하는 무수메타규산나트륨 및 메타규산나트륨 5수염으로 구성된 메타규산나트륨 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메타규산나트륨 과립조성물이 10∼25%의 물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 과립 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 메타규산나트륨(Na2S1O3)이 무게비로 73∼83%, 물이 무게비로 10∼25% 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 과립 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무게비로 12∼22%의 물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부피 밀도가 0.95∼1 20g/cm3 임을 특징으로 하는 과립 조성물.
- 무수메타규산나트륨 및 메타규산나트륨 용액을 과립화되는 제1지역에 도임하고, 고체상을 구성하는 임자의 표면에 액상을 분무시켜 고체상 및 액체상을 접촉시키고, 숙성되는 제2지역에서 과립 조성물중에10%이상의 물을 함유시키고, 또한 메타규산나트륨 5수염으로 주위층을 형성하기 위해 기체의 흐름 또는 향류흐름에 의해 처리함을 특징으로 하여 제1항에 따른 메타규산나트륨 과립 조성물을 제조하는 방법
- 제6항에 있어서, 메타규산나트륨 용액이 30∼58%의 건조 추출물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 메타규산나트륨 용액이 40∼50%의 건조 추출물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전체 과립 조성물에 대한 메타규산나트륨 용액의 추출물의 중량비가 0.042 이상임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 메타규산나트륨의 용액의 추출물과 전체 과립 조성물의 중량비가 0.042∼0.34임을특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 메타규산나트륨의 용액의 추출물과 전체 과립 조성물의 중량비가 0.08∼0.22임을특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 과립화 지역에서 무수메타규산나트륨의 입자가 진동층상 형대가 되도록 교반을 유지하면서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법 .
- 제12항에 있어서, 과립화 지역에서 입자의 체류시간이 5∼20분임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 과립화 지역에서 입자의 체류시간이 15분임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 과립화 지역의 출구에서의 과립온도가 주위온도 내지 50℃의 범위내임을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 온도가 주위온도로 도입된 공기의 병류로서 과립화 지역을 소기함으로서 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 숙성지역에서 과립 조성물이 낙하층의 형태로 교반이 유지되면서 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 숙성지역에서 과립 조성물이 체류시간이 30∼60분임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 숙성지역의 출구에서 과립도성분의 온도가 35℃ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 온도가 숙성지역을 주위 온도로 도입시킨 공기의 향류-흐름으로 소기시킴으로서얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 최종 생성물의 과립 조성물을 체로치고, 또 미소립자 및 배출공기의 흐름을 여과함으로서 회수된 분말이 과립화 지역의 입구로 재순환됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 메타규산나트륨 과립 조성물을 포함하는 식기류-세적용 세제 조성물
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기의 세제조성물 중의 메타규산나트륨 과립 조성물의 무게비가 20∼70%임을 특징으로 하는 세제조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서,과립 조성물이 식기류-세척용 세제조성물에,-베타규산나트륨의 과럼의 무게가 20∼70%-알칼리 금속의 인산염 또는 폴리인산염의 무게가 l0∼70%-1종이상의 가용성 무기엄의 무게가 1∼30%-비이온성 계면활성제의 무게가 0.2∼3%-유리성 염소항유 화합물의 무게가 0.2∼5%-부식방지제, 소포제, 괴상화방지제, 향료, 착색제 등의 기타 첨가제의 무게가 0.2∼5중량%-경우에 따라 천연 또는 합성 알루미노 규산염의 무게가 0∼50%가 되도록 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 세제조성물.
