Claims (2)

  1. (A) 수분의 부재하에 (1) 하기 일반식(1)의 중합체 100중량부; (2) 하기 일반식(2)의 가교제 0.1 내지 14중량부; (3) 티탄 축매 0.2 내지 6중량부; 및 (4) 임의의 충진제를 혼합시키고, (B) 혼합물을 수분의 부재하에 저장시켜, 수분의 부재하에 안정하고 조절 가능한 모듈러스를 갖는 실란트(sealant)를 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 알콕시 말단 차단을 갖는 폴리디어가노실록산, 알콕시 작용성 가교제 및/또는 쇄 연장제 및 티탄 촉매를 함유하는 실리콘 실란트를 제조하는 방법.

    상기식에서, 각각의 R은 지방족 불포화가 없고, 1가 탄화수소, 1가 할로탄화수소 및 탄수소 1 내지 18의 1가 시아노 알킬 라디칼 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 라디칼이며, 각각의 D는 비닐 라디칼 및 하기 일반식의 라디칼중에서 선택되고, D의 비닐 라디칼의 양은 말단 차단 라디칼 D의 총량의 3 내지 40%이며,
    여기에서, 각각의 R"는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 및 부틸 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 라디칼이고, Z는 2가 탄화수소 라디칼, 또는 2가 탄화수소 라디칼과 실록산 라디칼의 혼합물이며, m은 0 또는 1이고; x는 중합체의 점도가 25℃에서 0.5내지 3000Pa,s가 되게 하는 값이며; R'는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 페닐 및 비닐 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 라디칼이고; a는 0,1 또는 2이다.
