Claims (3)
- 하나 이상의 고무, 가교 결합제, 충전제, 임의의 기타의 고무용 보조 생성물 및 고무를 기준으로 하여 0.1내지 15중량%의 양으로 존재하며 일반식(I) 및/또는 (II)에 상응하는 하나 이상의 황화성 보강 첨가제로부터 제조된 고무 가황물.상기식에서, R1내지 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소, C1-C6-알킬, C5-C6-사이클로알킬, C6-C10-아릴 또는 일반식 CH2-O-R5또는 -CH2-CH2-OR5(여기서, R5는 수소, C1-C6알킬, C5-C6-사이클로알킬, C6-C10-아릴 또는 C1-C6-아실이다)의 그룹을 나타내고, x는 2 내지 6의 정수이다.
- 하나 이상의 고무를 120℃ 이상의 반응온도 및 1 내지 100SEC-1의 전단속도하에 고무(i)을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 120중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 80중량%의 충전제 및 고무(i)을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 15중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 7.5중량%의 일반식(I) 및/또는 (II)의 황화성 화합물과 혼합한 다음, 혼합물을 통상적인 방법으로 가황시킴을 특징으로 하여, 충전된 고무 가황물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1내지 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소, C1-C6-알킬, C5-C6-사이클로알킬, C6-C10-아릴 또는 일반식 CH2-O-R5또는 -CH2-CH2-OR5(여기서, R5는 수소, C1-C6알킬, C5-C6-사이클로알킬, C6-C10-아릴 또는 C1-C6-아실이다)의 그룹을 나타내고, x는 2 내지 6의 정수이다.
