Claims (9)

  1. (A) (A1) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔터폴리더 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 중에서 선택된 중합체 95 내지 30부, 및 (A2) 25℃에서 106mPa 이상의 점도를 갖는 디오가노폴리실옥산수지 5 내지 70부의 혼합물 100부.
    (B) 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 0.5 내지 10부,
    (C) 2급 아민 작용기를 함유한 방향족 화합물 0.1내지 10부,
    (D) 무기 충전재 6 내지 200부,
    (E) 유기 라디칼이 메틸, 비닐, 페닐 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필 라디칼 중에서 선택되고 그 유기 라다칼의 50몰%이상의 메틸 라디칼이며, 25℃에서 10 내지 5000mmPa의 점도를 갖는 디오가노폴리실옥산오일 0.1 내지 30부 및
    (F) 유기 과산화물 0.1 내지 7부를 함유하는 고무 조성물.
    상기식에서, b는 0 또는 1이고, x는 금속 양이온 및 수소원자 중에서 선택되며, f는 1 내지 3의 정수고 양이온에 의해 제공된 양전하의 수와 동일하며, x가 수소원자인 경우 f는 1이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (C)가 적어도 부분적으로 중합된 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디하이드로-퀴놀린 및 파라-페닐렌디아민 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 일반식(1)에서의 x가 아연이고 f가 2임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일(E)가 하기 일반식에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

    상기식에서, 라디칼 R은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 메틸, 비닐, 페닐 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로플로필 라디칼 중에서 선택되고, g는 0 또는 1이며, m은 중합체(E)에 10 내지 5000mPa(25℃)의 점도를 제공하기에 충분한 값을 갖는 정수이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 라디칼 R이 메틸 및 페닐 라디칼중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물(A) 100부에 대해 하기 일반식(4)의 실란(G) 0.05 내지 5부, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 2부를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

    상기식에서, X는 메톡시, 에톡시, 2-메톡시에톡시 및 2 에톡시에톡시 라디칼 중에서 선택되며, c는 1 또는 0이다.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 혼합물(A) 100부에 대해 하기 일반식(5)의 실란(H) 0.05 내지 5부, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 2부를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물
    CH2=C(R4)COO(CH2)dSi(Y)e(X)3-e
    상기식에서, R4는 H 또는 메틸이고, d는 1내지 5의 정수이며, Y는 메틸 또는 페닐이고, X는 메톡시, 에톡시, 2-메톡시에톡시 및 2-에톡시에톡시 라디칼 중에서 선택되며, e는 1 또는 0이다.
  8. 제1 내지 7항증 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제(D)가 연소 및 침강 실리카중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 한편으로 (A1)과 1부 1이상의 (D)를 혼합하여 제1의 마스터뱃치(masterbatch)를 다른 한편으로는 (A2), 나머지 충전제(D),(E) 및 , 경우에 따라 (G) 및 (H)를 혼합하여 제2의 마스터뱃치를 각각 별도로 제조한 다음, (B) 및 (C)를 가하고 최종적으로 (F)를 가하면서 상기 두 마스터뱃치를 균질화시켜, 제1 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
