Claims (6)
- オゾン劣化防止剤および酸化防止剤を組み込んでいるポリマー材料で製作された保護コーティングを用いた複合絶縁体の製造方法であって、前記ポリマー材料中に前記オゾン劣化防止剤を0.005〜1%の最終質量濃度で、および前記酸化防止剤を0.005〜1%の最終質量濃度で組み込むことからなる工程を含み、前記オゾン劣化防止剤はフェニレンジアミン族から選択され、前記酸化防止剤は多官能フェノール系酸化防止剤族から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料がシリコーンであり、前記オゾン劣化防止剤が約0.1%の質量濃度で組み込まれ、前記酸化防止剤が約0.05%の質量濃度で組み込まれる、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁体の製造方法。
- 前記組み込み工程が、約24時間、前記オゾン劣化防止剤および前記酸化防止剤を含有する溶剤中に前記複合絶縁体を前記コーティングとともに浸すことからなる、請求項1または2に記載の複合絶縁体の製造方法。
- 前記組み込み工程を、前記ポリマー材料の加硫前に実施する、請求項1または2に記載の複合絶縁体の製造方法。
- 前記組み込み工程は、前記ポリマー材料と前記酸化防止剤および前記オゾン劣化防止剤とのそれぞれ高い質量濃度での第1混合の実施、次いで前記酸化防止剤および前記オゾン劣化防止剤を組み込んでいる前記コーティングの前記ポリマー材料を得るための、前記第1混合物の前記ポリマー材料への組み込みを含む、請求項4に記載の複合絶縁体の製造方法。
- 前記高質量濃度は、前記コーティングのポリマー材料中の前記酸化防止剤および前記オゾン劣化防止剤の最終濃度の約10倍である、請求項5に記載の複合絶縁体の製造方法。
