Description

選択した安定化組成物、有機過酸化物架橋剤、およびRepsolS.A.が販売する低密度ポリエチレン(d=0.923g/cm3)ALCUDIA(登録商標)PE−003を個別に80℃に予熱し、次いで、ロータリーミキサーを用いて合わせ、その後、更なる使用の前に乾燥させる。
得られる乾燥サンプル43gを、実験室用混練機Brabender Plasticorder814 300型において30rpmで、初期塊温度130℃にて撹拌溶融する。材料を2.0kgの一定荷重下で混練し、トルクをモニターする。スコーチ時間を、最小トルクと最小トルクから出発して1Nm増加するまでの時間として判定する。スコーチ時間が長いほど押し出し時の早期架橋のリスクが少ないことを意味する。
架橋したPE−LDプラーク(厚さ:1.5mm)の製造を、温度が異なる3つの圧縮成形用金型で実施する:上述の調製したサンプルを圧縮金型内に広げ、圧力を0から150barまで徐々に増加させながら120℃まで6分間加熱する。得られるプラークを第二の圧縮金型に搬送し、180℃で15分間置いて架橋を完了させ、次いで、冷却してサンプルプラークを得る。
引張試験片(DIN53−504−82による寸法)を架橋したプラークから打ち抜き、150℃で0、10および14日間のオーブン老化のために3セットに分ける。引張試験片を引張強度および伸びの保持(降伏点;破断点)について評価する。機械的試験条件は、ASTMD638に準拠する。
各サンプル3gをMoving Die Rheometer(Rheotech)で180℃に加熱する。サンプルを、最大トルクが得られるまで一定の振幅で周期的交互応力(1.66Hzで0.5°の捩り)にかけ、架橋速度を判定する。

- 安定化組成物中の安定化成分の比(a):(b):(c)が、(約1〜約3):(約0.01〜約2):(約2〜約5)である、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の安定化組成物。
- 安定化組成物が枠組規制EC1935/2004に定められた基準を満たすように食品接触に適合したものである、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の安定化組成物。
- (a)高分子基材;
(b)架橋剤;および
(c)請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の安定化組成物
を含む、安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物。 - 高分子基材が、ポリオレフィン、EVA、EBA、EMA、EEA、MAH、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ポリブタジエンゴム、ポリウレタンゴム、またはエチレンプロピレンジエンモノマーから製造したポリマーのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項16に記載の安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物。
- 架橋剤が過酸化物である、請求項16または請求項17に記載の安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物。
- 過酸化物が有機過酸化物である、請求項18に記載の安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物。
- 安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物が枠組規制EC1935/2004に定められた基準もしくは規制EU10/2011に定められた基準を満たすように食品接触に適合したものである、請求項16〜19のいずれか一項に記載の安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物。
- a.請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の安定化組成物を準備するステップ;
b.安定化組成物またはその成分をポリマーおよび架橋剤と合わせるステップ;
c.ポリマーから溶融物を形成するステップ;および
d.溶融物を、場合によってワイヤーまたはケーブルの絶縁スリーブの形態で押し出すステップ
を含む、安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物を形成する方法。 - ポリマー、架橋剤および請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の安定化組成物を含む高分子溶融物の押出成形品を含む、押し出し、安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物。
- 請求項22に記載の安定化させた絶縁または半導体組成物で包まれた、または組成物を包むワイヤーまたはケーブル。
- 請求項23に記載のワイヤーまたはケーブルを含む有用な物品。
- 請求項23に記載のワイヤーまたはケーブルの電気系統における使用。
