Claims (3)
- 필수적으로 (1) 25℃에서의 점도가 0.5 내지 3000Pa.s이고 하이드록실 또는 알콕시 말단차단된 폴리디오개노실록산 100중량부, (2) 일반식Ra'Si(OR")4-a[여기에서, R'는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 페닐 및 비닐로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼이고, R"는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 및 부틸로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼이며, a는 0.1 또는 2이다]의 교차결합체 0.1 내지 14중량부, (3) 테트라오개노티타네이트 촉매 0.3 내지 6.0중량부, 및 (4) 에틸아세토아세테이트 0.25 내지 5.0중량부[여기서, 성분(4)의 양은 상기 성분(3)의 타타늄상의 유기 라디칼 65% 이상을 대체시킬만큼 충분하지는 않다]를 수분부재하에서 혼합한 다음, 혼합물을 탈장시키고, 수분부재하에서 저장함으로써, 동일반응계에서 형성된 티타늄킬레이트 촉매를 함유하며, 수분에 노출될 경우 탄성 중합체로 경화되고, 상기 성분(4)을 함유하지 않는 조성물에 비해 경화시간이 개선되고 슬럼프 경향이 감소된, 하이드록실 또는 알콕시 말단차단된 폴리디오개노실록산, 알콕시 작용성 교차결합제 및 티타네이트촉매를 함유하는 실리콘 봉함제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충진제 0 내지 200중량부 및 가소제 0 내지 50중량부를 가하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
