Claims (10)

  1. 바실러스 종(Bacillus spec.) DSM 4675 및 이의 변형체 및 변이체.
  2. 구조식(I)의 화합물.
  3. 일반식(II)의 화합물
    상기식에서, R¹은 수소 또는 포스포노 그룹이고, R²는 측쇄 또는 비측쇄, 포화 또는 불포화된 (C5내지 C55)-알킬 그룹이다.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 알킬 그룹이 탄소원자수 10 내지 30의 쇄길이를 갖는 화합물.
  5. 제 3 또는 4항에 있어서, 알킬 그룹이 탄소원자수 20 내지 25의 쇄길이를 갖는 화합물.
  6. 포스포글리코사이드 결합에서 포스포글리코리피드 항생물질을 분해하고, 적정 ph가 8.0 내지 8.5이며, 최적온도가 45 내지 55℃이고 기질로서 모에노마이신 A를 기준으로 하여 Km값이 4 내지 10㎛ol임을 특징으로 하는 모에노마이신아제.
  7. 제 3항에서 청구한 화합물을 탈이산화하고, 37℃ 이상 및 pH가 5이하로 감소되는 경우 불활성화 되는 바실러스 종 (Bacillus spec.) DMS 4675로부터의 효소.
  8. 바실러스 종(Bacillus spec.) DMS 4675 또는 이로부터 수득된 효소 분리물과 모에노마이신 A를 배양함을 특징으로 하여, 제 2항에서 청구한 구조식 (I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 바실러스 종(Bacillus spec.) DMS 4675 또는 이로부터 수득된 효소 분리물과 포스포글리코리피드 항생물질을 배양함을 특징으로 하여, 제 3항에서 청구한 일반식(II)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제 8 또는 9항에 있어서, 배양을 pH 5.5 내지 8.5에서 수행하는 방법.
