Claims (18)

  1. 메틴사슬을 갖는 인돌계 시아니색소중의 음이온으로서
    6플루오르화인산이온(PF6), 트리클로로메탄술폰산이온(CF3SO3) 및 티오시안산이온(SCN)의 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류의 음이온을 배치한 유기색소를 함유하는 기록층을 마련한 광정보기록매체.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기색소는 다음의 일반구조식을 갖는 광정보기록매체.
    일반구조식
    식중에서는 메틴사슬을 구성하기 위한 탄소사슬로서 C1~S17이 곧은 사슬 또는 다원고리로 되고, 탄소원자에 붙은 수소원자는 할로겐원소,(R˝는 C1~C6)의 곧은 사슬 또는 방향고리)로 치환해도 된다.
    A 및 A'는 동일하던가 달라도 되며, 각각 방향고리를 나타내고, 탄소원자에 붙은 수소원자는 -I, -Br, -CI, -CnH2n+1(n=1~22), -OCH3,, -NO2,(R˝은 곧은 사슬, 탄화수소사슬 또는 방향고리)로 치환해도 된다.
    B 및 B'는 동일하던가 달라도 되며, -O-, -S-, -Se-, -CH=CH- 또는(R˝˝은 C1~C4의 알킬기)를 나타낸다.
    R 및 R'는 동일하던가 또는 달라도 되고, C1~C22의 알킬기를 나타내고, 술포닐기 또는 카르복실기로 치환해도 된다.
    Xθ는 PF6, CF1SO3, SCN의 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류의 음이온을 나타낸다.
    m 및 n은 각각 0 또는 1~3의 정수로서 m+n3의 관계를 갖고 있다.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 일반구조식중,는 -CH=CH-CH=또는인 광정보기록매체.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 일반구조식중의 A 및 A'는인 광정보기록매체.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 일반구조식중 B 및 B'는인 광정보기록매체.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 일반구조식중 R 및 R'는 같은 알킬
    기이며, C2H5또는 C3H7광정보기록매체.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 일반구조식중이고, A 및 A'는이고 B 및 B'는이고, R 및 R'는 C2H5인 광정보기록매체.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 위에 친수성고분자 화합물로 되는 얇은 층이 형성되어 있는 광정보기록매체.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 얇은층의 막두께를 10㎚이상으로 한 광정보기록매체.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 얇은층의 재료로서 폴리비닐알콜 및 변성셀룰로오스의 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류의 친수성고분자를 사용한 광정보기록매체.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 얇은층이 가교화되어 있는 광정보기록매체.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 얇은층위에 다시 오버코팅층이 마련되어 있는 광정보기록매체.
  13. 기록층이 유기색소를 사용한 광정보기록매체에 있어서, 그 자체가 광정보 기록매체 특성을 갖는 박막을 유기색소박막위에 얇은층으로서 형성하고, 또 상기 기록층은 메틴사슬을 갖는 인둘계 시아닌색소중의 음이온으로서 6플루오르화인산이온(PF6), 트리클로로메난술폰산이온(CF3SO3) 및 티오시안산이온(SCN-)의 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류의 음이온을 배치한 유기색소를 함유하도록 구성한 광정보기록매체.
  14. 특허청구의 범위 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 색소는 다음의 일반구조식을 갖는 광정보기록매체.

  16. 특허청구의 범위 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 단량체는 아크릴계 단량체, 스틸렌계 단량체, 아크릴 아미드계 단량체, 지방산 비닐에스테르계 단량체, 니트릴계, 단량체 비닐에테르계 단량체, 할로겐화 올레핀계 단량체, 공액 디엔계 단량체, N-비닐화합물 단량체, 올레핀계 단량체의 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류의 반응성 단량체인 광정보기록매체.
  17. 특허청구의 범위 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 음이온은 SCN-이고, 또 기록층중에적외선 흡수제가 혼합되어 있는 광정보기록매체.
  18. 특허청구의 범위 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 흡수제는 안트라키논계 유기화합물, 폴리메틴계 유기화합물, 디이모늄계 유기화합물의 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류의 유기화합물인 광정보기록매체.
