Claims (10)

  1. 로터 샤프트; 상기 로터 샤프트의 외주변에 고정된 요크; 상기 요크에 제공되며, 반경 외측으로 돌기하고 요크의 축방향으로 뻗혀있으며, 팁단부에서 폭이 확장된 다수 지지돌기; 각각의 상기 세그먼트의 주변에 적어도 일부에 남아있는 갭을 가지면서 상기 지지돌기중 인접한 돌기사이에 각각 배치되는 다수 영구자석 세그먼트; 및 상기 갭에 채워져서 상기 로터와 요크에 관하여 일정 위치에서 상기 영구자석 세그먼트를 고정 지지하는 열경화성 합성수지층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 갭은 적어도 상기 축방향으로 뻗은 상기 지지돌기의 원주방향 양측면과 상기 영구자석 세그먼트 각 원주방향단 표면 사이에서 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 갭은 상기 요크의 반경 외주변과 상기 영구자석 세그먼트의 반경 내주변사이에 정의되는 영구자석 로터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 요크가 그의 주변에서 요크의 축방향으로 뻗혀있으며, 상기 지지돌기중 인접한 돌기사이에 용융상태에서 상기 합성수지를 흐르게하는 반경 내측 리세스에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 요크는 상기 지지돌기의 베이스부의 양측상에 있으며 요크의 축방향으로 뻗혀있고 상기 용융상태 수지를 흐르게하는 반경내측의 작은 리세스가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 갭은 상기 영구자석 세그먼트의 반경 외주변 뿐만아니라 상기 지지돌기의 반경 외측끝방향 표면과 성형 도구의 내주변 사이에서 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 요크는 축방향으로 뻗혀있으며 상기 합성수지를 용융상태에서 흐르게하는 관통공과 요크의 각 측단 표면에 각각 인접하며 요크에 있는 상기 관통공과 일치하는 관통공을 갖는 디스크가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지층은 로터의 양측단위에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 로터의 상기 축단에서의 상기 합성수지층은 로터의 축방향으로 돌기된 핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 로터의 상기 축단에서의 상기 합성수지층은 로터 균형조정용 리세스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 로터.
