Claims (8)

  1. 에폭시수지, 표면에서 용융상태의 에폭시수지와 반응하는 평균 미립자 크기가 149㎛이하인 고융점의 폴리카복실산 무수물, 및 충진재를 함유하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 기본 분말 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시수지를 비스페놀 A 타입 에폭시수지, 노볼락 타입 에폭시수지 및 지환족 에폭시수지중에서 선택한 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고융점의 폴리카복실산 무수물을 프탈산 무수물, 벤조페논 테트라카복실산 무수물, 5-(2,5-디옥소테트라하이드로푸릴)-3-메틸-3-사이클로헥센-1,2-디카복실산 무수물, 테트라하이드로프탈산 무수물, 트리멜리트산 무수물 및 피로멜리트산 무수물중에서 선택한 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고융점의 폴리카복실산 무수물의 입자크기가 5 내지 44㎛인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리카복실산 무수물의 양이 에폭시수지의 에폭시 당량당 0.45 내지 1.55당량인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 충진재를 지르콘, 탈크, 석영유리, 탄산칼슘, 마그네시아, 규산칼슘 및 규소의 분말중에서 선택한 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 충진재의 입자크기가 2 내지 44㎛인 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 충진재의 양이 에폭시수지 100중량부당 5 내지 300중량부인 조성물.
