Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)를 갖는 에폭시수지
    (식중, R1은 수소원자 및/또는 알킬기이며, R2와 R3는 같을 수도, 다를 수도 있으며, 각각은 수소원자, 저급알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타내며, 또는 R2와 R3이 같이 탄소원자와 결합하여 환을 형성할 수 있고, X는 저급알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자이며, m은 치환기의 수로 0-4이고, n은 0-5이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자, R2와 R3가 메틸기이고, m이 0인 에폭시수지.
  3. 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 에폭시수지를 제조함에 있어서,
    식중, R1은 수소원자 및/또는 알킬기, R2와 R3는 같거나 다를 수 있고, 각각은 수소원자, 저급알킬기는 페닐기 또는 R2와 R3가 같이 탄소원자와 결합하여 환을 형성할 수 있고, X는 저급알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자이며, m은 치환기의 수로 0-4이고, n은 0-5이다. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 올리고 카보네이트와 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 에피할로히드린과 반응시킨 다음 생성된 반응생성물을 알칼리와 반응시켜 탈수소할로겐화하여 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에폭시수지 제조방법.
    식중, R2, R3, X, m, n은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
    식중에서, R1은 상기에 정의된 바와 같으며, Y는 할로겐이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자, R2와 R3가 메틸기, m이 0, Y가 Cl인 에폭시수지 제조방법.
  5. 120-140℃에서, 촉매존재하에 한 분자내 2이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 폴리에폭시 화합물과 말단에 페놀성 수지를 갖는 카보네이트 올리고머를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지 포옴의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에폭시 화합물이 비스페놀 A, 테트라브로모-비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F 및/또는 비스페놀알데히드를 에피클로로히드린과 반응시켜 얻은 에폭시수지인 에폭시수지 포옴의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에폭시 화합물이 폴리페놀, 레조시놀, 하이드로퀴논, 프탈산 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜) 또는 페놀 노블락의 글리시딜 에테르 또는 그리시딜 에스테르인 에폭시수지 포옴의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매를 3급아민, 이미다졸, 오늄염, 트리알킬포스핀과 트리아릴포스핀으로부터 선택한 에폭시수지 포옴의 제조방법.
