Claims (7)

  1. (I) 분자당 평균 1개이상의 방향족 하이드록실그룹을 갖는 물질 1종이상(A)을, 방향족 하이드록실그룹당 0.01 내지 1.1몰량의 적당한 염기(C)의 존재하에, 반응완결에 충분한 시간 및 온도에서, 방향족하이드록실그룹당 0.01 내지 0.95몰의 시아노겐 할라이드 또는 시아노겐 할라이드 혼합물과 반응시킨 다음, 생성된 시아네이트 혼합물을 회수하고; (Ⅱ)(Ⅰ)로부터 수득된 생성물을, 심량체화 반응의 완결에 충분한 시간 및 온도에서, 적당한 삼량체화 반응촉매의 존재하에 삼량체화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 트리아진그룹 함유 하이드록시방향족 올리고머의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A)중에 함유된 방향족 하이드록그룹: (B)의 몰수: (C)의 몰수의 비율이 1 : 0.05 내지 1 : 0.55 : 0.60이고, 단계(Ⅰ)을 -40 내지 60℃에서 10내지 120분간 수행하며, 단계(Ⅱ)를 70° 내지 350℃에서 15 내지 120분간 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 단계(I)을 -20° 내지 25℃에서 10 내지 60분간 수행하고, 단계(Ⅱ)를 70° 내지 200℃에서 30 내지 75분간 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 시아노겐 할라이드가 시아노겐 브로마이드이고, 언급된 분자당 평균 1개이상의 방향족 하이드록실그룹을 갖는 물질이 비스페놀이며, 언급된 적당한 염기가 3급아민이고, 언급된 삼량체화 반응촉매가 키복실산의 급속염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 분자당 평균 1개이상의 방향족 하이드록실그룹을 갖는 물질이 비스페놀 A이고, 언급된 적당한 염기가 트리에틸아민이며, 언급된 삼량체화 반응촉매가 코발트 나프테네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 하이드록시 방향족 물질을 통상의 방법에 따라 에피할로히드린과 반응시켜 에폭시화시키고, 이어서 염기성 작용물질로 탈-하이드로할로겐화반응시킨 다음, 최종적으로 생성된 글리시딜 에테르 생성물을 회수하는 에폭수지의 제조방법에 있어서, 언급된 하이드록시방향족 물질이 제1항의 방법중 단계(Ⅱ)로 부터의 삼량체화된 하이드록시방향족 올리고머임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 언급된 에피할로히드린이 에피클로로 히드린이고, 언급된 염기성 작용물질이 알카리금속 하이드록사이드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
