Claims (5)

  1. β-하이드록시알킬카브아마이드에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 에폭시수지의 경화성 양이온성 개질 생성물에 있어서, Ⅰ)들이상의 일급아미노그룹 또는 2급 아미노그룹 또는 일급 및 2급 아미노그룹인 폴리아민과 사이클릭알킬렌 카보네이트와를 반응시켜서, 하나이상의 일급 또는 2급 아미노그룹이 불변하여 남아 있는 β-하이드록시알킬카브아마이드에스테르그룹을 수득하여, 이어서 잔존하는 아미노작용기를 에폭시수지에 가하고, Ⅱ)일급아미노작용기, 2급아미노작용기 또는 일급 및 2급아미노작용기를 함유하는 에폭시주시의 유도체와 사이클릭알킬렌카보네이트와를 반응시켜 에폭시그룹이 70%이상 반응되고, β-하이드록시 알킬카브아마이드 에스테르그룹을 함유하는 합성수지를 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지의 경화성 양이온성 개질 생성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질로 사용된 폴리아민이, a) 제 1항에서 정의한 바와같은 폴리아민과 일작용성 에폭시화합물과를 하나이상의 일급 또는 2급 아미노그룹이 불변하여 남아있도록 반응시키고, b) 하나이상의 일급아미노작용기, 2급 아미노작용기 또는 일급 및 2급 아미노 작용기를 함유하는 폴리아미노아마이드와 에폭시그룹과를 반응시켜서 개질 생성물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법에 따라 수득된 생성물을, C1) 하나이상의 일급아미노그룹 또는 2급아미노그룹 또는 일급 및 2급아미노그룹 ,또한 3급 아미노그룹을 함유하는 화합물, C2)하이드록시그룹, 하나이상의 아미노 작용기를 함유하는 화합물 또는 C1)및 C2의 조합에 의해서 화학적으로 또는 물리적으로 개질시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, C2)에 따라 개질된 생성물을 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시키고, 잔류 이소시아네이트 그룹을 개질된 에폭시수지의 OH그룹 또는 잔류 일급 아미노그룹 또는 2급 아미노그룹중의 하나와 반응시키는 개질방법.
