Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아릴-황 펜타플루오라이드.
    상기식에서, R은 H 또는 Y이거나, 각각의 경우에 탄소원자 1 내지 15개를 가지며 적어도 하나의 그룹 Y에 의해 치환되거나 비치환되고, 인접하지 않은 CH2그룹하나 이상이 또한 O 및/또는 S원자로 치환되거나-E-, -CO-, -O-CO-, -CO-O-, -O-CO-O-, -S-CO- 및/또는 -CO-S-그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 알킬 또는 알케닐 라디칼이고, E는 C C,또는이며, X0들은 각각 독립적으로 Y또는 CH3이고, X들은 각각 독립적으로 X0또는 H이며, Y는 CN, N3, NCO, NCS, 불소 또는 염소이고, A들은 각각 독립적으로 a) 인접하지 않은 CH2그룹 하나 또는 2개가 O원자로 치환될 수 있는 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 라디칼, b) 하나이상의 CH그룹이 N으로 치환될 수 있는 1,4-페닐렌 라디칼, 또는 c) 1,4-사이클로헥세닐렌, 피페리딘-1,4-디일, 비사이클로(2.2.2)옥틸렌, 나프탈렌-2,6-디일, 데카하이드로 나프탈렌-2,6-디일 및 1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로나프탈렌을 포함하는 그룹에 속하는 라디칼이며, 이때 라디칼 a) 및 b)는 X0에 의해 일치환되거나 이치환될 수 있고, Z들은 각각 독립적으로 -CO-O-,' -O-CO-,-CH2CH2-, -CHCN-CH2-, -CH2-CHCN-, -CH=CH-, -C C-, -OCH2-, -CH2O-, -CH=N-, -N=CH-, -NO=N-, -N=NO- 또는 단일 결합이고, m은 0, 1 또는 2 이며, n은 1, 2 또는 3이다.
  2. p-리튬-페닐- 또는 p-브로모마그네슘-페닐-황 펜타플루오라이드를 적절한 친전자체와 반응시키거나 ; 상응하는 1-알킨을 전이금속 촉매작용에 의해 p-브로모페닐-황 펜타플루오라이드와 결합시키거나 ; 수소원자 대신에 하나이상의 환원성 그룹 및/또는 C-C결합을 함유함을 제외하고 다른 것은 일반식(Ⅰ)과 일치하는 화합물을 환원제로 처리하거나 ; 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에스테르(여기에서 Z는 -CO-O-또는 -O-CO-이고/이거나 R은 카복실 그룹을 함유한다)를 제조하기 위해서, 상응하는 카복실산 또는 그의 반응성 유도체 중 하나를 상응하는 알콜 또는 그의 반응성 유도체중 하나와 반응시키거나 ; 일반식 (Ⅰ) 의 에테르(여기에서 R은 알콕시 그룹 이고/이거나 Z는 -OCH2- 또는 -CH2O-그룹이다)를 제조하기 위해서, 상응하는 하이드록시 화합물을 에테르화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 일반식 (Ⅰ) 의 아릴-황 펜타 플루오라이드의 제조방법.
  3. 적어도 하나의 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 2개의 성분을 갖는 액정상.
  4. 제3항에 따르는 액정상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 액정 디스플레이 소자.
  5. 유전체로서 제 3항에 따르는 상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 전광 디스플레이 소자.
