Claims (3)
- 계랑스크류와 일체 이동자재하게 배치된 계량베어링하우징과 이 하우징을 통하여 상기 계량스크류를 왕복동시키는 보올스크류 · 너 트기구를 포함하는 사출장치를 구비한 사출성형기에 있어서, 수지압검출요소가 장착되는 환상체와, 이 환상체를 상기 계량베어링하우징의 반스크류측의 외면에 고정하기 위한 제 1 고정수단과, 상기 보올스크류 · 너트기구의 보올너트를 상기 환상체의 반계량베어링하우징 측의 외면에 고정하기 위한 제 2 고정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지압 검출기능을 갖는 사출성형기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지압검출요소는 스트레인게이지인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지압 검출기능을 갖는 사출성형기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 환상체는 제 1 의 볼트관통공군을 둘레방향으로 천설한 내측통상부, 보올너트측 단면에 제 1 의 볼트취부공군을 주변방향으로 천설한 외측통상부 및 이 양통상부를 일체로 결합하는 연락부를 포함하고, 상기 계량베어링하우징의 환상체측 단면에 상기 제 1 의 볼트관통공군에 정합하여, 제 2 의 볼트부착공군을 형성하며, 상기 볼트너트의 주연부에 상기 제 1 의 볼트부착공군을 정합하여, 제 2의 볼트관통공군을 형성하고, 상기 제 1 의 볼트관통공군, 상기 제 2 의 볼트부착공군 및 이들에 대응하는 제 1 의 볼트군에 의하여 상기 제 1 의 고정수단을 구성하고, 상기 제 2 의 볼트관통공군, 상기 제 1 의 볼트부착공군 및 이들에 대응하는 제 2 의 볼트군에 의하여 상기 제 2 의 고정수단을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지압 검출기능을 갖는 사출성형기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
