Claims (3)

  1. 레이저 가공기와 수지제어장치(CNC)를 결합한 CNC 레이저 가공기의 어시스트가스 제어 방식에 있어서, 어시스트 가스의 종류, 혼합비, 압력 및 유량을 가공 프로그램으로 지령하고, 그 어시스트가스의 그 종류, 그 혼합비, 그 압력 및 그 유량을 전기한 수치제어 장치로 자동적으로 제어하여, 레이저 가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어시스트가스 제어방식.
  2. 레이저 가공기와 수치제어 장치(CNC)를 결합한 CNC 레이저 가공기의 어시스트가스 제어방식에 있어서, 프리이플로우의 어시스트가스의 압력 및 플로우 시간과, 애프터 플로우의 어시스트가스의 압력 및 플로우시간을 가공 프로그램으로 지령하고, 가공전의 프리이플로우의 전기한 어시스트가스의 압력 및 전기한 플로우시간과, 가공후의 애프터 플로우의 전기한 어시스트가스의 압력 및 전기한 플로우시간을 전기한 수치제어 장치로 자동적으로 제어하여, 레이저 가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어시스트가스 제어방식.
  3. 레이저 가공기와 수치제어 장치(CNC)를 결합한 CNC 레이저 가공기의 어시스트가스 제어방식에 있어서, 어시스트가스의 종류, 혼합비, 압력 및 유량과, 프리이플로우의 어시스트가스의 압력 및 플로우시간과, 가공후의 애프터플로우의 어시스트가스의 압력 및 플로우 시간을 가공 프로그램으로 지시하고, 전기한 어시스트가스의 전기한 종류, 전기한 혼합비, 전기한 압력 및 전기한 유량과, 프리이플로우의 전기한 어시스트가스의 압력 및 전기한 플로우시간과 애프터플로우의 전기한 어시스트가스의 압력 및 전기한 플로우시간을 전기한 수치제어 장치로 자동적으로 제어하여, 레이저 가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어시스트가스 제어방식.
