Abstract
본 발명은 드로스부착이 적고, 절단면이 깨끗한 고품질의 절단제품을 얻을 수 있고, 전극소모가 적으며 또 천공시에도 고속절단이 가능한 플라즈마절단방법을 제공할 목적으로 하며, 절단시에 플라즈마가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단재를 절단하는 플라즈마절단방법에 있어서, 천공시에는 플라즈마가스로서 산화성 가스를 사용하고, 절단시에는 플라즈마가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단재를 절단하는 방법으로 구성되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 타임차트로서, (a)는 제1실시예와 제2실시예에 공통적인 플라즈마 작동명령, (b)는 제1실시예로서 (b1)은 산화성 가스용 개폐밸브의 구동, (b2)는 비산화성 가스용 개폐밸브의 구동, (c)는 제2실시예로서 (c1)은 산화성 가스용 개폐밸브의 구동, (c2)는 비산화성 가스용 개폐벨브의 구동, 제2도는 본 발명의 실시예를 실시할 플라즈마절단기의 개요설명도, 제3도는 본 발명의 시험성적그래프, 제4도는 천공개시를 설명하는 도면.
Claims (2)
- 절단시에 플라즈마가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단재를 절단하는 플라즈마절단방법에 있어서, 천공시에는 플라즈마가스로서 산화성 가스를 사용하고, 절단시에는 플라즈마 가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단채를 절단하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마절단방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 천공에서 절단으로 이행할 때에 산화성 가스의 공급정지 전에 비산화성 가스를 공급하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마절단방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
