Abstract

본 발명은 드로스부착이 적고, 절단면이 깨끗한 고품질의 절단제품을 얻을 수 있고, 전극소모가 적으며 또 천공시에도 고속절단이 가능한 플라즈마절단방법을 제공할 목적으로 하며, 절단시에 플라즈마가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단재를 절단하는 플라즈마절단방법에 있어서, 천공시에는 플라즈마가스로서 산화성 가스를 사용하고, 절단시에는 플라즈마가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단재를 절단하는 방법으로 구성되어 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 절단시에 플라즈마가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단재를 절단하는 플라즈마절단방법에 있어서, 천공시에는 플라즈마가스로서 산화성 가스를 사용하고, 절단시에는 플라즈마 가스로서 비산화성 가스를 사용하여 피절단채를 절단하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마절단방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 천공에서 절단으로 이행할 때에 산화성 가스의 공급정지 전에 비산화성 가스를 공급하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마절단방법.
