Claims (2)
- 분위기 열처리로 안에 직접 탄화수소 가스와 산화성 가스를 공급하여 피처리품을 침탄처리 하는 가스 침탄 방법에 있어서, 로안의 부압시(負壓時)에 CO2를 공급하여 부압의 해소를 도모하고, 분위기중의 CO 분압의 증대를 도모함을 특징으로 하는 가스 침탄 방법.
- 분위기 열처리로의 천정부에 설치된 탄화수소가스와 산화성 가스 공급용의 가스 유입구에 CO2의 공급부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 침탄 장치..※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
