제1도의 실시예에 있어 도관(8)은 모터(9)로 부터 피이프 시스템의 출구끝단의 다른 모터집합체의 탱크(7)까지 안내되며, 필터수단 및 수용탱크와 함께 추가벨브(5)는 파이프 시스템의 입구 끝에 제공될 것이다. 제2도에 따른 장치는 비슷한 방법으로 분활될 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 파이프 시스템을 통하여 액체를 흐르도록 하는 유압펌프 수단 및 필터수단을 포함하는 유압소경 파이프 시스템등과 이의 일부를 세척하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 세척액체로 가압가스를 공급하기 위한 수단은 유압펌프 수단과 연결되도록 설치되고, 세척액체로 가압가스를 공급하기 위한 수단은 유압펌프 수단과 연결되도록 설치하고, 세척회로가, 파이프 시스템의 세척액체와 가압가스로 충전되었을 때 파이프 시스템안에 유입된 가스를 압축시키도록 먼저 밀폐되고 그후에 파이프 시스템을 통하여 강제 세척 펄스를 발생하도록 가스를 팽창시키기 위해 개방되도록 설치된 밸브수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세척회로는 가스 및 오일컬럼으로 교대로 파이프 시스템을 주기적으로 충전시키기 위한 수단을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가압가스 및 액체로 파이프 시스템을 충전시키는 수단은, 파이프 시스템 안으로 교대로 각각 공급되는 가스 및 액체의 체적에 상응하는 액체의 양을 받기 위해 파이프 시스템에 연결할 수 있는 동시에 수용탱크로 비워질 수 있도록 설치된 적어도 하나의 압축액체 어큐머레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 파이프 시스템에 교대로 연결되도록 설치되고 각각 수용탱크로 비워지도록 구성된 두 개의 가압액체 어큐머레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 밸브수단은 각각의 가스 및 액체로 파이프 시스템의 주기적인 충전의 반대방향으로 파이프 시스템을 통하여 강력한 유동펄스를 이끌기 이해 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탱크는 세척액체를 수집하기 위해 밸브수단 뒤에 설치되고, 상기 탱크는 펌프도관을 통해 유압펌프 수단의 탱크에 연결되고, 장치 필터는 상기 펌프도관에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
