Claims (4)
- a) 몰 비율이 1 내지 10의 범위 이내인 02+C2F4의 기체상 흐름을 초기에 C3F6로 구성된 액체 반응상으로 도입함으로써, 온도를 -30℃ 내지 -100℃의 범위 이내로 유지시키고 자외선광을 조사한 C3F6+C2f4혼합물의 광산화를 수행하고, b) 광산화로부터 생성된 생성물을 열처리 또는 광화학적 처리하여 퍼옥시기를 전체 또는 부분적으로 제거하며, c) 100℃ 내지 250℃ 범위 이내의 온도, 또는 자외선광의 존재하에 50℃ 내지 120℃범위 이내의 온도에서 불소 기체를 사용하여 불화반응시켜 말단기를 퍼플루오로알킬기로 전환시키고 가능하다면 존재하는 모든 퍼옥시기를 제거하는 단계로 구성되며, 3,000Å 이하에서 복사 방출되는 에너지로써 언급된, (a) 단계에서 사용된 복사 강도가, 액체 반응상, Vliq및 반응 기체의 유속 F9에 대하여 E/Vlig는 15 내지 150 범위 이내, E/F9는 0.15 내지 1.55 범위이내, Vliq/F9는 10.10-3내지 25.10 범위 이내 (상기식 중, E는 에너지로서 와트이고, Vliq는 dm3이며, F9는 1/h이다.)인 조건을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식의 퍼플루오로폴리에테르의 제조 방법.[상기식 중, Rf및 R'f는 -CF2, -C2F5,C3F7로부터 선택된 말단 퍼플루오로알킬기이고 ; m,n,p 및 q지수는, 통상적으로 상기 일반식의 범위 내의 것을 함유하는 각 화합물의 혼합물로 구성된 문제의 생성물의 평균값을 나타내며 하기의 필수 요건을 갖는다 : -m+n+p+q의 합계는 2 내지 200의 범위 이내이고 ; -(p+Q)/(m+n+p+1)의 비율은 10 : 100 이하이며 ; -n/m의 비율은 0.2 내지 6의 범위 이내이고 ; -m,n,p,q는 동일 또는 상이하며, 이 중 m 및 n은 1 내지 10이고, p 및 q는 0 내지 80이다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (b) 및 (c)의 단계를 동시에 수행하는 퍼플루오로폴리에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 촉매 작용이 부여된 AlF3는 키타의 불화물 또는 옥서불화물 또는 산화물의존재하여 150∼380℃의 온도에서 열분해 촉매 처리를 행한 다음 불소 기체로 불화 반응시킴으로써 말단기를 퍼플루오로알킬기로 전환시키는 분자량 조절 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 광산화((a)단계)로부터 수득된 퍼옥시 생성물을 직접 제 3항에 기재된 열분해 촉매 처리를 행하는 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
